Very welcoming host, the place was clean. We even had the pleasant surprise of having a bed in the room instead of a convertible. Perfect value for money.

I had a great 5 week stay in Sophie's lovely studio. I felt "like family" there. Indeed, Sophie is very welcoming, friendly and attentive to the comfort and well-being of her tenants. She picked me up from the train station and took me there several times. She made sure several times that I didn't miss anything. The studio is part of a pretty old house divided into several lots. It is comfortable and has all the necessary items for a long stay, with access to a washer and dryer in the main house. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained. Recommended unreservedly. I really can't think of a single problem with Cynthia's apartment. It is a comfortable place for a solo traveler or couple to explore the Loire Valley. Easy in and out with a car and the available parking space is so convenient. Secure building access from the parking area as well as the street, and an elevator to boot! There is a bus stop right outside and the tram is just a few minutes walk away. The street outside the balcony is quite busy during the day but quietens down almost nothing early in the evening. I highly recommend Cynthia's place!
