The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

(About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

Enjoy the company of chickens, sheep, a small Zebu herd, cat Emil and every now and then the absolutely friendly guest dog Brudi ....while enjoying and exploring the rural atmosphere.
