La maison tout en bois est équipée d'1 chambre avec un lit 160x200 et une vue dégagée sur le jardin et la piscine chauffée. Pas de TV. In a new house located at the end of a private chemin in a chic quartier of Parentis en Born, just over 2kms from the centre of the town and lake. The house backs onto the forest with a small gate for access for dog walks and exploring. The area is very calm and the house is accessed through a large electric gate onto a large secure parking area. The accommodation is on the first floor and private from the main house. The entrance and foyer is a shared area.

It is tastefully decorated, with the theme of the sea, with its own entrance opening to the beautiful garden. Independent of the main house, you will be quiet, no nuisance except the singing of birds. Free parking place in front of the house. Towels and bed linen is provided. Kettle, coffee available in the room.

Nice room in independent cabin (16 m2) with bathroom and dry toilet. Small fridge. Very comfortable bedding, supporting testimonials! Very quiet neighborhood (to note the presence of our neighbor's ducks). Bike paths 50 m away. 5 minutes by car from the market. Pyla's first beaches: 10 minutes drive. I propose you to prepare a full breakfast (10€/pers): hot drink, 1 fruit juice, 1 fruit, 1 pastries, 1/2 baguette, butter, jam.
