Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Dependency at the bottom of our garden in the middle of the block in a very quiet area. Its surface area is 36m2 and its private terrace is completely independent and hidden from the main house. The cottage is originally intended to accommodate a couple but we can add an extra bed for a child. The chalet is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and ventilated between each tenant.
