A new spacious apartment with a balcony. You can still smell the paint smell a little when you enter. Well and cared for. The apartment is located on the Arco dell San Lazzaro square on a busy road. If a window is opened or on the balcony the traffic is clearly audible. The beds are ok. Downstairs at the friendly pasticceria dell Arco, one can have a good breakfast. Good and fast communication with Benedetta.

The price/quality ratio is great. A spacious apartment with more than enough space with two children. It's easy to find and arrive by car. A walk down the road is a good restaurant. On the weekend, the place is full, so it's a good idea to book a table before you arrive if you arrive on the weekend. There is also a great play park for small children a small drive away: Parco Militi Croce Verde. It's about a 15-minute drive to the Old Town of Parma, and you can get the car right next to the entrance, for example, to the Toschi parking garage.

Great apartment in the heart of downtown in a quiet area. Letizia welcomed us in person and has always gone above and beyond for our small needs.

Great place to spend sometime in Parma

Elena is a fantastic host. She offered valuable advice about Parma, was always available, and showed great flexibility, always ready to help.

The house is as the pictures show, it is stunning and the surrounding area is very beautiful. The house was exceptionally clean and very comfortable.

Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

We were (2 pairs of adults) from April 24 to 27 guests of Anna Maria. Very nice house, as described, in the countryside near Felino. It is located on a small hill surrounded by greenery. It's close to Felino but you always need to take the car to get around. Nearby there are several supermarkets and excellent restaurants (I recommend the Culatelleria in Sanguinaro) Excellent as a starting point for visiting the surroundings (we saw Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). It was a nice stay. Host available and friendly.

Beautiful house in a very nice, quiet place. There is no extra kitchen for cooking but Milena war very friendly and warmed up our dinner that we brought with us. We booked it also for the way back - this time with dinner. We are looking forward to it:)

Mr. Vincenzo was extremely friendly and helpful. We took full advantage of the front porch and the opportunity to grill. Around the house there is a comfortable playground and a nice path through the hills to walk serenely even with children.

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. Jerry was a perfect host and his well-located and quiet apartments served us beautifully. Location of the apartment on a pedestrianized street yet in a private quiet area meant it was conducive to sleeping well. Linens were crisp and clean. The heater worked perfectly during chilly October evenings. We had a family emergency which required a plan change and Jerry was kind, understanding and helpful. We highly recommend Jerry and apartment number 3.
