Loved my stay! The apartment was pristine, great location near a variety of shops and restaurants with a large grocery store just steps away. There is a beautiful walk along the waterfront that is easy to get to that will lead you to the ocean. I was particularly impressed with how fast and responsive Monet was to any questions I had before and during my stay. Highly recommend and I would stay there again!

Sherman was a great host! I stayed here for 3 months for my clinical rotation and it was perfect for what I needed! Full kitchen, great shower, large washer and dryer, and a comfortable living space. Sherman provided anything I needed and was always responsive. The neighborhood is beautiful and very walkable. Would stay here again!

Nils was a great host so glad his stay was available last minute. He was an amazing host with how quick he responded , gave recommendations, and overall nice person. Place is pet friendly which was amazing and hard to find in this location. Neighborhood isn’t the best but that’s expected with the area and there’s lot to do and good food options around. I wouldn’t mind booking with him again 😊

This is my 2nd time staying at Rahkeem’s place and I must admit I will be back again I love how comfy and private his place is. Always feels warm and welcoming and clean. I highly recommend his place if you want comfort and privacy and a great night sleep 😊

Spent a few nights here with my girlfriend and our dog, couldn't have found a better place - the pool/ jacuzzi was a particular favourite in the evenings and the space itself inside the apartment was extremely homely - would 100% stay again if visiting LA in the future

This place was perfect for me and my fiancé to stay! Definitely recommend, Dan was awesome too and his response was so quick it was phenomenal! Right in downtown close to a lot of things to do!

We had an amazing stay thanks to Yovani, quick to respond to our questions and had a very nice place. The rooms are much more spacious than how they look in the pictures, the bedroom is quiet despite the street, and the pool/jacuzzi were really nice at night. Could not recommend this place enough!

Comfortable apt with nice private outdoor sitting area. Walkable neighborhood within easy walk of Ventura Blvd. Chris was very proactive in communications and made it easy to check in.

From the time I reserved the house until the time we checked out, George was there to help in any way. I felt like we were old friends! George checked on us everyday to see if we needed anything or if we had questions. I couldn't have asked for a better host. The house was more than I could have ever imagined, soon as I walked in I yelled I'm HOME lol!!! The house is so beautiful, my favorite place was the huge inviting kitchen! When George called to check to see if we needed anything, I told him that I wasn't leaving lol. The entire house was immaculate, the bedrooms and bathrooms were large and it fit my family of 11 perfectly. I was glad there was a laundry room, we were able to do our laundry before going on our family cruise. We had all the comforts of home at our disposal, whatever we needed George made sure the house had it. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots, pans, glassware, silverware, spices, anything we needed. George thank you again for everything God bless you!

It was great, clean, good kitchen,shower was the best, T.V’s everywhere, we would stay there again.

Can talk all day. Tarik was very responsive, replying to text and questions almost immediately. I definitely will be booking with him on my next LA trip. House is nicely centered in the Los Angeles area. Neighborhood was quiet. Great experience

5 ⭐️ all all round , I love the living room and the pool table by the kitchen, my favorite spot was the patio it looks better and bigger in person. So peaceful 🫡

Francesca was a great host. She was responsive to our needs and communicative about the pool and gardening services so we were not surprised or disturbed.

Kelly's home is perfect for us and our dog. So grateful for this. Space is the basics - beds, tvs, linens, and homes two adults comfortably as well as room on the couch and small children bunk beds; Cupboards are full, laundry room ready for use, bathroom small but clean and well supplied with toiletries; towels in abundance. Just outstanding. And Kelly was always prompt in her responses to us and so generous with her supplies in bathroom area and kitchen as well as with technology. We have stayed several times and will definitely visit again as family members live in Santa Monica area. Grateful, appreciative and thanks to Kelly
