The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

Es gibt einen unverbauten Blick zum Feyener Wald und teilweise zur Stadt. Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein Badezimmer, Dusche und WC. Außerdem im Haus gibt es noch eine Gäste WC.

In the cold evenings you may choose either to enjoy the fireplace in the garden or in the flat.

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. It is located directly on the Ruwer-Hochwald cycle path, ideal for those who love nature and cycling or hiking. Trier is about 19 minutes away by car and is a great destination to discover the diverse history and culture of the region.

The small but beautiful bright apartment is located on a quiet street. The school is across the street. 200 meters away is the Hochwald bike path, which is expanded to Trier. On foot you can go to the REWE , which is open daily until 9 pm. The forest is practically in front of the door and can be reached within minutes.
