Lovely studio apartment, as described. Good cooking facilities, comfortable bed and decent bathroom. We got very clear instructions for the check in. Located about a 9 minute walk from the bus station and at the bottom of the black stairs on the way to most hikes. Just a couple of minutes walk from some nice restaurants and bars too - you can't go wrong here.

The apartment has a SPECTACULAR view, the best it has a private exit to the lake where you can have a drink while appreciating the whole panorama. Florence gave me a warm welcome, and offered to store my bags and stay a moment in another apartment , since it was late and without sleep. Really the experience I take with me was very good, a lot of kindness and empathy. Would definitely come back!!!

Maria took very good care of us, recommended different places to travel. He is a very friendly person and was on the lookout for everything we needed. I will definitely stay there again in the future!

Excellent apartment, central, with very good amenities, remarkable order and cleanliness, complete in all services and without neglecting the attention of the host who was very attentive and helpful at all times. Really very advisable.

The place is even nicer than the pictures. The house is super comfortable, it has everything you need to feel at home and is very well heated. The view is a show, it invites you to relax and enjoy from the moment. The location is excellent, even if you don't go by car: just 20 meters away there is a collective stop that takes you both to the Circuito Chico and the center of Bariloche, so getting around is super easy. In addition, there are several restaurants and supermarkets in the area, all at hand. All spotless. We loved it and would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

We loved Florencias accommodation. Perfect for a pre hike stay or just to explore town. Very well equipped kitchen. Central, quiet. Comfy beds. Florencia was very accommodating & friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

I stayed for 10 days with my partner and the experience was excellent in every aspect. From the beginning, communication was impeccable. Juan was very attentive and allowed us to check in earlier than planned, which we greatly appreciated, as our group was arriving early and if it weren't for his flexibility we would have had to wait several hours. The apartment was impeccable, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location is very convenient, in a quiet area but with everything at hand: stores, greengrocer, pharmacy and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended.

The truth is that of the accommodations I visited on my vacations in Bariloche and San Martin de los Andes (3 in total), Marcos was the best. I had everything I needed to be able to cook, and have breakfast quietly, that in the other accommodations not... it's a huge plus for me! We were very comfortable! Thank you very much Marcos :)

The apartment is as shown in the pictures, everything was in accordance. I liked that we were able to park the car inside the premises, since in chile it is half confusing where to park properly. We slept very well, the bed is a 10/10. Maybe I would say a bit of extra heating is needed in the kitchen/dining room nothing more. Paola is very nice, I highly recommend it. Everything was great.

The apartment was very well equipped to stay for several days, in addition to being a relatively new and very quiet condominium. It has a square, supermarket and gas pumps nearby. In addition, Francisca's service is very nice and she is attentive to any request.

The apartment was nice and had the amenities detailed in the ad. Communication with Matías was friendly and quick, resolving our concerns at all times. I highly recommend.

Ana is an amazing host and I felt right at home with her. The place is in pristine condition, just adorable and quaint, perfect little bungalow cabin. The kitchen was well stocked and clean and it was so nice cooking out of there. Ana was super responsive to any questions I had about anything and always proactively helped with any issues. Loved my stay at her place and especially the beautiful idyllic garden she’s tended to so nicely!

The location is extremely quiet, we were able to rest and enjoy both the sound of the lake and the incredible view to it every morning and sunset. The apartment is as shown in the photographs, it has all the necessary cooking utensils. The bed is extremely comfortable and the ideal heating, we were able to adapt it to our liking, that was great. The attention and quick responses from the hosts is to be highlighted, they are paying attention to everything!

The attention to the arrival and during was excellent, even though we never saw each other, its warmth and support was never felt at all times. The place is beautiful, although in April that I went you will not be able to enjoy the panoramic view that gives you as it dawns very late. You can transfer by Uber and they are not so expensive. I would definitely come back

The accommodation in Florence, exceeded our expectations, super comfortable, pleasant. The view is wonderful, priceless. Quiet area to enjoy as a family. We were very comfortable, we were able to enjoy the pool. Super recommended. Maria Ines was very kind to us and we communicated very well. I hope we can return soon.

We stayed for a week at Ernesto's house, the truth that met all our expectations. Ernesto always well predisposed. Their park is always clean and tidy. The house was just as we saw in the listing.

Jorge is an excellent host, he had everything ready to welcome us; the terrace of the place with a view of 180 is impressive, in addition to the jacuzzi from where you can enjoy the view of the lake….. The spaces are very comfortable and the beds too…
