This special 65 sq. meter Puerto Varas house was designed with a large common space that integrates the kitchen, living room, and terrace designed especially to enjoy family gatherings and connect with the environment. Located 5-10 minutes by car from downtown Puerto Varas and the lake.

Tiny home Los Altos de los Calabozos (The Heights of the Dungeons)

Our cozy recently built tiny home has amazing views of the pucon valley and is located only 7 mins by car or four miles from the city center. The last quater mile to the house is a gravel road with two steep hills and is only for 4x4 or awd cars. The tiny home is located near the famous waterfall "Salto del Claro" and is not more than a few minutes from the "Rio Turbio" which is great for hiking or in summertime taking a deep in the volcanic spring waters.

Oceanfront Cabin - Quillaipe

Spacious oceanfront cabin located on the Austral highway 30 minutes from Puerto Montt. (Kilometre 25 of the southern highway) The cabin is located on one side of the road, easily accessible and located on one side of the owner's house within the site. In this environment there is a futon bed where two people can sleep, and in the attic that is carpeted there are two single sommier beds that can join their mattresses and become a double bed.
