It is possible to rent it together with a separate cottage for 2 extra people

Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Fereniki’s Place is a charming ground-floor apartment in Gaios, the heart of Paxos, ideal for couples, solo travelers, friends, and families. Pets are welcome. The apartment is located just 500 meters from the center of Gaios (an 8–10 minute uphill walk or 1 minute by car) and approximately 1.5 km from the main port (15–20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car).

Πρόκειται για έναν ενιαίο χώρο (δωμάτιο)με εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και αυτόνομο μπάνιο, με μεγάλα παράθυρα οροφής πολύ φωτεινό και θέα στον κόλπο του λιμανιού και την ανατολή του ηλίου .Είναι καινούργιο και ιδανικό για ζευγάρια !!!!

The seaside house

If you want to wake up and face the beautiful view from the picturesque bay of Lakka or have your dinner on the balcony looking at the lights from the sailing ships that look like stars in the sky then this beautiful house is for you!! Peaceful little stone house, overlooking the olive groves and through to the sea. 10 minutes walk to Loggos and a shorter walk down to the beach. One double bedroom in the ground floor, a double and a single bed on the mezzanine level. Ideal for children . The cottage have Aircon

Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο στούντιο (ενιαίος χώρος) στο κέντρο του Γαΐου στους Παξούς, ευάερο και ευήλιο, με εσωτερική σκάλα για πρόσβαση στην ταράτσα-βεράντα. Η ανακαίνιση βασίστηκε στη διατήρηση του παραδοσιακού στυλ αναδεικνύοντας τα φυσικά υλικά: πέτρα, ξύλο, σίδερο.
