Villa Callista is a beautiful old two-story stone mansion of 131 sq.m. built 200 years ago on the top of a hill in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It was the residence of the Lord of the area. It is the first in the row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista , Rasalu house and Neradu house and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated with the aim of staying the way it was 200 years ago.

It has been built in the previous century and renewed during the late years , without losing it's old character and architecture. A quiet place in the middle of olive trees. Located at the west part of the island , with a sunset view and fresh air vibes from Erimitis Cliffs.

Fereniki’s Place is a charming ground-floor apartment in Gaios, the heart of Paxos, ideal for couples, solo travelers, friends, and families. Pets are welcome. The apartment is located just 500 meters from the center of Gaios (an 8–10 minute uphill walk or 1 minute by car) and approximately 1.5 km from the main port (15–20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car).
