Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Είναι το πρώτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του Neradu house και περιβάλλεται από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2020-2021 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

Includes two bedrooms, (one twin bedroom with balcony and one double bedroom), full equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and veranda with view of the port of Gaios and Saint Nicholas’s island. There is also an out sitting area with bbq ,surrounded by jasmines, gardenias, and other beautiful flowers.

Το Sunshine loft είναι το δεύτερο διαμέρισμα το κτηρίου που βρίσκεται στη σοφίτα ενός κλασικού κτηρίου στον οικισμό του Γαίου. Πρόκειται για έναν ενιαίο χώρο (δωμάτιο)με εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και αυτόνομο μπάνιο, με μεγάλα παράθυρα οροφής πολύ φωτεινό και θέα στον κόλπο του λιμανιού και την ανατολή του ηλίου .Είναι καινούργιο και ιδανικό για ζευγάρια !!!!
