Nilmini was so helpful, attentive and accomodating! We also really appreciated her attention to details, like bottled water in the fridge, fresh soap, towels and linens, and toilet paper. The caretaker Jagath was also very attentive and gave us lots of space.

Great welcome , extremely clean spaces...the only downside is the proximity to the railway...which was well indicated in the listing ...but very noisy when a train passes ...I imagine we get used to it but in 3 days we don't have time ... also 10 minutes from the market, the beach ...good location ...

Words cannot describe how perfect our stay was. Sharmini was a fantastic host, even before we got there. She was quick to answer my many questions about the villa, the local area and sharing details of companies that could collect our large party of 12 from the airport. Even calling them on my behalf when they didn't respond to my messages. The photos of the villa don't do it justice. The rooms are all a fantastic size, beds and pillows comfy and the bathrooms are wonderful. The location on the beach was just perfect. We were 3 families with 6 children between 2 and 8 and we all spent our time running from beach to pool l. Idilic. But the standout feature of the villa is the fabulous and dedicated staff. Dilu, Milan and Bandu. Dilu could not do enough for us and was on hand, yet discreet. Milan! Well his cooking is easily the best I've had in Sri Lanka. He cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner for all of us every night catering for us all! Our villa stay was perfect in every way!

Our stay at Duma beach house was amazing, mainly due to the helpful host. He was always responsive and kept the place spotless cleaning everything ( including the pool) multiple times a day! The breakfast was amazing and the options he had provided were excellent. Most of the time, we had the entire stretch of beach to ourselves. The place was so peaceful too.

Salt Villa was exactly as described. Couldn’t be closer to the beach with its own private entrance, you literally have the beach to yourself most of the time!! There was some feedback in previous reviews about traffic noise from the main road but to be honest the sound of the waves just blocks this out and it didn’t disturb us at all. The villa itself is in great condition, beds were super comfy and it was by far the best sleep any of us had during our trip in Sri Lanka. Lastly the staff, led by Sandy could not be more accommodating. Always there to help no matter how big or small and just added to the experience of staying here. Julius himself is a fantastic host who responds quickly to any questions and was very flexible with us during our particular stay. We will 100% be back to stay here again!

Asela is a great host!!! Very hospitable and friendly, always ready to help with all issues. We lived in the villa for a whole month. The house is always very clean, cleaning every few days. Convenient location of the house, just 10 minutes by tuktuk to the sea and all the establishments. We are very happy that we ended up here I highly recommend this villa, secluded accommodation surrounded by birds and beautiful nature Also really liked Asela's restaurant, one of the best we have visited! Thank you!

A chaotic family of 10 stayed here and through all the chaos and fun, Chatu and her husband were absolutely helpful and accommodating everyday of our stay. They had cooks and house helps that took care of us and all our needs, which was not expected and was absolutely helpful. The place has the most stunning view and clean almost private beach which you wake up to everyday. The place is well maintained and clean. It’s close to the market and other places yet gives you the feeling of tranquility. We had a great time and will miss this place for sure.

Our group had an absolutely perfect stay at Kinkini Bandaragama! The expansive garden area was a huge hit with our group of eight people. We were able to set up for our morning yoga sessions easily and had plenty of room for games in the afternoon. Inside, the living room easily accommodated our entire group. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. The quiet and secluded location made it perfect for our meditation retreat; the peaceful surroundings really enhanced our practice. The house is conveniently located just a short ten-minute drive from Pearl Bay Water Park. We also enjoyed a peaceful boat ride on the serene Bolgoda Lake, just a short drive away. There's also a large supermarket just 10 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The host, Tamara, was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly and providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants. I had a wonderful stay at this property—everything was absolutely perfect in terms of cleanliness, safety, and overall comfort. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and felt very secure throughout my visit. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. However, it’s important to note that the location is not actually in Bentota, but rather in a nearby suburb. While it’s still relatively close, it may not be ideal if you’re specifically looking to be in the heart of Bentota. Additionally, the surrounding area doesn’t offer much in terms of activities or attractions, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to explore the local scene. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind—just be aware of the actual location when booking.
