Nilmini was so helpful, attentive and accomodating! We also really appreciated her attention to details, like bottled water in the fridge, fresh soap, towels and linens, and toilet paper. The caretaker Jagath was also very attentive and gave us lots of space.

Très bon accueil , espaces extrêmement propres ...le seul bémol est la proximité de la voie ferrée...qui était bien indiquée dans l'annonce ...mais très bruyant quand un train passe ..j'imagine qu'on s'habitue mais en 3 jours on n'a pas le temps ... par ailleurs à 10 minutes du marché, de la plage ...bon emplacement ...

Words cannot describe how perfect our stay was. Sharmini was a fantastic host, even before we got there. She was quick to answer my many questions about the villa, the local area and sharing details of companies that could collect our large party of 12 from the airport. Even calling them on my behalf when they didn't respond to my messages. The photos of the villa don't do it justice. The rooms are all a fantastic size, beds and pillows comfy and the bathrooms are wonderful. The location on the beach was just perfect. We were 3 families with 6 children between 2 and 8 and we all spent our time running from beach to pool l. Idilic. But the standout feature of the villa is the fabulous and dedicated staff. Dilu, Milan and Bandu. Dilu could not do enough for us and was on hand, yet discreet. Milan! Well his cooking is easily the best I've had in Sri Lanka. He cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner for all of us every night catering for us all! Our villa stay was perfect in every way!

Dulanga отличный хозяин! Всегда на связи. Очень дружелюбный и предупредительный. Дом отличный. Есть хорошая кухня и возможность готовить еду. Свой собственный бассейн это как каждодневное развлечение. Пляж находится сразу возле двора. Завтраки сделанные Dulanga просто восхитительны. Красивый пейзаж возле дома позволяет делать отличные фотографии. Моя семья была в восторге. Рекомендую отдых в доме Dulanga. Большое спасибо хозяину дома.

This AirBnB was a gem! The standout features were definitely the incredible beach right in front of the property and the wonderful ventilation throughout the property. The staff truly made our stay special – they were always courteous and so helpful, from arranging transport to preparing tasty food. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Asela is a great host!!! Very hospitable and friendly, always ready to help with all issues. We lived in the villa for a whole month. The house is always very clean, cleaning every few days. Convenient location of the house, just 10 minutes by tuktuk to the sea and all the establishments. We are very happy that we ended up here I highly recommend this villa, secluded accommodation surrounded by birds and beautiful nature Also really liked Asela's restaurant, one of the best we have visited! A chaotic family of 10 stayed here and through all the chaos and fun, Chatu and her husband were absolutely helpful and accommodating everyday of our stay. They had cooks and house helps that took care of us and all our needs, which was not expected and was absolutely helpful. The place has the most stunning view and clean almost private beach which you wake up to everyday. The place is well maintained and clean. It’s close to the market and other places yet gives you the feeling of tranquility. We had a great time and will miss this place for sure.

Our group had an absolutely perfect stay at Kinkini Bandaragama! The expansive garden area was a huge hit with our group of eight people. We were able to set up for our morning yoga sessions easily and had plenty of room for games in the afternoon. Inside, the living room easily accommodated our entire group. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. The quiet and secluded location made it perfect for our meditation retreat; the peaceful surroundings really enhanced our practice. The house is conveniently located just a short ten-minute drive from Pearl Bay Water Park. We also enjoyed a peaceful boat ride on the serene Bolgoda Lake, just a short drive away. There's also a large supermarket just 10 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The host, Tamara, was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly and providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants. However, it’s important to note that the location is not actually in Bentota, but rather in a nearby suburb. While it’s still relatively close, it may not be ideal if you’re specifically looking to be in the heart of Bentota. Additionally, the surrounding area doesn’t offer much in terms of activities or attractions, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to explore the local scene. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind—just be aware of the actual location when booking.
