This includes a full working outfitted kitchen, cleaning & paper supplies plus more. Our cottage is located near Ever'man Coop Grocery & cafe, Joe Pattis Seafood Market , Maritime Park (Wahoo Stadium) , Pensacola's popular Palafox Street and other downtown favorites. Only 9 miles away from beautiful beaches.

Kitchenette with medium refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster oven, George Foreman grill, griddle designed to cook anything, and eating utensils. Grill on patio. Beach gear.

Historic Downtown Bayfront Home Pool Mins to Beach

The Bayfront Manor brings the best of both worlds to your vacation or business stay in Pensacola. Located 5 min walk from historic downtown, Seville Square, and Palafox Street, the location is ideal for all dining, nightlife, and events. The home is positioned on the corner of Bayfront Dr allowing for great water views of Pensacola Bay. The best beaches on the Gulf are only a 10 min drive. The location is also great for wedding parties as the Barkley House and Christ Church are walkable.

Your private suite perfectly situated between 2 beautiful beaches (11 miles to Navarre Beach or 13 miles to Pensacola Beach). PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION FULLY BEFORE BOOKING. This suite is the upstairs portion of our home. It is not the entire house. There is a shared front entrance seperated from main living area by a privacy screen. The entire upstairs is yours. The suite consists of a king bed, bathroom and sitting area that includes a microwave, mini refrigerator and keurig coffe maker.

Take the kayaks to the bayou for a nice paddle where dolphins play. Screened porch for coffee, drinks or a meal outside. Miles of walking paths along the water where we watch the Blue Angels practice. Navy Point has great fishing, a boat ramp, 20 min to beaches, & 10 min to downtown. See our guidebook for local spots.

If you’re here on a Tues or Wed you may see the F-18 Super Hornet Blue Angels, as they practice these days. We are 5 minutes to Pensacola Beach and 10 minutes to historic downtown Pensacola.
