This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a king size double bed, living room with sofa and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private garden. Beautiful cycladic rural house with modern elements and decoration that respects the greek island architecture. House with a lot of light, nice views of the horizon, sunset and the sea, very quiet, ideal for a nice greek vacation. Also, very close to the islands main shop life and 12 minutes walking to the nearest beach.

The “Sti Messada” house is built according to the traditional architecture and the respect for the environment. The local stone and the carved rocks on the walls, the intense presence of the wood and the natural ventilation offer ideal temperature all over the year. The view from the different places of the outdoor area is idyllic and rewardable for the visitor. The route for the house is across the picturesque alleys, as it is located in the center of Chora which remains untouched by cars.

Set amidst in oak trees, vineyards, sea views, and an old chapel this restored wine press appeals to lovers of nature and dogs. The owner of the property who is himself a vine grower lives in a larger house on the grounds and is able and willing to provide 'insider's information' on the island. the village of Ioulis is 20 minutes on foot. A serene place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The property is split into two separate levels/villas. Guests have their fully private level, Agelos villa, complete with living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & toilet. They also have their own patio with sea view.
