Very beautiful and bright apartment, with a balcony with a great view of the island of Agia Paraskevi. It is located on the second floor of the building. It can comfortably accommodate a couple with two children. It has a small kitchen for preparing a simple meal. The location of the house is ideal. The numerous beaches of Sivota (Bela Vraka, Drafi, Mega Ammos, Mikri Ammos) are at most five minutes away. The wonderful Karavostasi and Arilla are just fifteen minutes away and Parga is 25 minutes away.

Stay with the whole family at this wonderful home with lots of space for moments of joy. Excellent apartment of 75 sq.m, built in 2023 which can accommodate 4 adults. Equipped with all necessary electrical appliances so guests have full autonomy. It is very close to the center of Igoumenitsa and next to the ports of Italy and Corfu.
