Vacation rentals with a firepit in Pere Marquette Township

Excellent get away. I wanted a weekend to recover after a busy spring where I could feel relaxed. This is it. Literally no cell service (was able to get messages to the sitter via the excellent internet), there is a camp ground that is across the way, but when you’re in the backyard you feel like people no longer exsist. Quiet, tranquil and just what I needed. Brought food to cook in the well stocked kitchen. We didn’t leave because we didn’t need to. We will definitely be back.

Frederick was responsive and helpful. The house was great. Comfortable and clean. It was the perfect house to sit around and talk with family.

This was the perfect t get away to be right on the water. The area was quiet with lots to do on the property! We loved our stay!

It was a great spot. We loved all the recommendations and amenities. We did had to clean some spider web from the doors and windows but other than that it was good.

Mary is a great and kind host. She made ourselves like feeling at home. Homemade muffins were greatly appreciated. She also made us an extra gifts by proving some extra toys for our toddler. She was also flexible with check in and check out. Very nice decorated home!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. The back yard was perfect for our blind doggie to wander around. The walking trail wasn't long, but it had a big hill so my heart got pumping. We would definately stay here again!

My wife and I had a great stay. The cabin is very comfortable, was very clean and well supplied with everything a guest might need. The setting is private and secluded but very close to town. It is a great location for getting just about anywhere in the area. Allowing dogs is a big deal too as we like traveling with our pup.

Great experience. A lot of deer, squirrels, and nature to take in. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility. Great responses to any questions. Would love to visit again.

Brenda and Jim’s place is great if you are in the area as it’s very quiet and private, beautiful surroundings and not too far from TC or the Frankfort area. We spent the weekend for the local Ironman and it was the right choice. You get all the rest you need and are close enough to both the race venue and some other small towns with nice places to eat and chill. The property was very clean, well organized and really spacious. I’d totally recommend it.

Lovely place RIGHT on the lake. My husband and I went for a date weekend of ice fishing and relaxation. Yes-it was a perfect spot to walk out and fish despite the quantities of snow! Restaurants all right there in walking distance- hours are different than what is on menus or online so be aware. Very clean and cozy place that was spacious and warm. We will definitely keep it on our list for the future!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ronda's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathtub was a delight to use. It was a perfect space for a little weekend getaway; many restaurants and beach access within easy driving distance. There is not a ton of natural lighting, unless you leave the french door curtains open. I found having to compromise privacy for natural light to be a little disappointing, but I had a wonderful time. I would stay here again!

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

Andy's place was amazing and comfortable! This was probably our favorite stay on Airbnb! It was exceedingly clean, and it had everything we needed! Andrew was extremely friendly and WE WILL BE BACK! Look no further- it was super close to Bear Lake and a short drive to Crystal Mountain. I cant say enough about the cleanliness and hospitality! A+!!!! Thanks for everything, Andrew!

We've stayed a few times with Dave and always love our time here. He is very responsive to questions, makes excellent suggestions, and even provides a holiday touch. We love staying here with access to the kayaks on Portage Lake in the summer and the beautiful views year-round.

This was my second time staying here and it was fantastic. Very quiet and calm place and easy check in. I was able to sit out on the deck this time and it was very relaxing. Highly recommend for short term or long term stays.

Diana was an extremely considerate host. We are a party of three and she reached out in advance to make sure we were aware of how the apartment is set up (a queen bed in a bedroom with a closing door, and then a separate queen inflatable bed which Diana set up in the open-plan living area). This was just perfect for us, a couple and a third person who needed a place to stay after a concert in Grand Rapids. The concert was at the Van Andel arena which was easily walkable (about half an hour on foot) so we were able to leave our car at Diana's and not worry about concert parking. We found a great bakery nearby before we set off the next morning. We appreciated that Diana provided a lockable garage spot to park in. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with towels, shower gel, coffee etc. Overall a great find, and we would definitely recommend this place for couples or even groups of 3/4. Next time we come to Grand Rapids we plan to return to the same area to explore it further!

Couldn't have had a better location. My girlfriend and I were looking for a secluded location away from the hectic city. Todd's cabin was the best decision I made on my first Airbnb location. We got exactly what we were looking for. Not only does it come with lots of trails to walk, indoors is a pinball machine and old school record jukebox machine, games to play and even Netflix and chill. Thank you again for the wonderful get away from the city for my 40th birthday.

We love staying here! It is so private, peaceful, cozy, and perfect for what we look for in a little vacation. Joannah is a great, responsive host. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. She leaves tons of local recommendations for you to discover. The hot tub on the river is exactly what we needed and look forward to! We’ve been back a few times and will hopefully return.

We had a fantastic weekend at the cabin, our third stay at Jared's. The cabin is exactly as pictured, very clean and has all the necessities. We hope to return again next year.

This place was easy to find and very affordable. It was very clean, has easy to follow rules for guest and has an abundant supply of things you will need for your everyday stay. Great stay for a couple or a family!!

This a great place to stay. Quiet and in a woody neighborhood with the lake not far away. Great outdoor space as well. The home is comfortable and has everything you’d expect.

"The Land" was perfect to celebrate an 80th Birthday. The main floor bedroom was great for the guest of honor. We ended up with 14 of us staying at the house (with a little coordination for the 2 bathrooms) it was a great set up. It helped that the weather was nice, so we could be outside by the fire or playing yard games. Some people enjoyed walks on the property as well. Nathan was very quick to answer all our questions. Not having internet or TV I think allowed for more interactions and game playing. Cell phones worked just fine. Thanks for sharing your place it will be a great memory for our family.

We went for a 1 night getaway to unplug and did just that. Booked last minute and enjoyed every minute. I enjoyed the setting in the woods including the drive down the grass paths to get there. Thank you for a great first air bnb experience ❤️

Beautiful cabin! Lots of hiking around the area that was great for our dogs. Everything is under a 10 minute drive which was awesome. We got lucky with amazing weather during our stay so we were able utilize the outdoor furniture and space! The cabin itself was super tidy and clean and loved the look of it all. The hosts left us a nice bottle of wine and delicious cookies! Overall, a great weekend getaway!
