Guest controlled heat/air conditioning, new paint, and new flooring. Great location across Lakeshore Dr. from the award winning Ludington City Stearns Beach, North Breakwall, and Lighthouse. Seasonal heated outdoor pool. Only five blocks from Downtown Ludington with restaurants, shops, grocery store, galleries, and Sandcastles Children's Museum.

Welcome! This stylish, well-appointed house is perfect for families, girlfriend getaways, or couples looking for a beach getaway. What truly makes it special is the location. Just two blocks from popular downtown restaurants and shops and a ten-minute stroll to Lake Michigan (or use the bikes we provide). Nearby attractions include golf pickleball, strolling beautiful beaches, climbing dunes, or simply relaxing at the beach. Ludington State Park (a Pure Michigan treasure) is a ten-minute drive.

Cabin Unwind, tucked into the woods

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

Enjoy a hot tub or time in the sauna, after a nice ride on kayaks. Two kayaks are for your use while you visit. Lincoln Lake goes right out into Lake Michigan. Everything you need to relax & recharge in one cozy space. Private entrance. This suite is an open floor plan with a small kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave and stove with basic kitchen utensils and dishes. It is located in town close to stores, restaurants. Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.
