Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Located in the heart of the "BLACK PÉRIGORD" between Rocamadour, Périgueux, Brive-la-Gaillarde, 20 minutes from Sarlat, 5 minutes from the Lascaux caves and many other sites. On site, there are many marked pedestrian and bike trails.

"Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

A beautiful 30 m2 studio totally independent of the neighboring property. With a pool shared with the owner. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen area, dining and living area, and a nice sleeping area with a 160 cm bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The private terrace overlooks unobstructed countryside views. The owner's house is adjacent but she remains very discreet or even absent.

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Our 3-star cottage has Wi-Fi and reversible air conditioning throughout the property. The beds will be made for your arrival. We welcome one pet per stay. We clean at the end of the stay free of charge

SARLAT: house with stunning views of the city

House of 70 m2 newly renovated independent and adjoining owners located on the highest point of Sarlat. From June, an unheated pool will be available to share with the owner. Exterior finishes not Finished . You can also have lunch while contemplating the deep view of the city. You are less than 5 minutes to the city and 15 minutes to the must-see places to visit. Bed linen 160 (€15) and toilet linen (€5/pers) are extra.

In the heart of the Loupiac vineyard, 35 km from Bordeaux, we offer you the left wing of our family Château, which will be totally private. Warm and quiet atmosphere, you will have access to our estate which is a real invitation to take a walk. For the curious, you can discover our sweet wines. A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.
