Located in the immediate vicinity of Pessac center (many shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, art and experimental cinema, swimming pool...). Multimodal hub with SNCF train station (Bordeaux Arcachon line 300 m away). Tram B stop 30 m away (Camponac stop) Coulée verte and Camponac Park in the immediate vicinity of the residence.
