This place was perfectly located for a private stay by lake Peten Itza.

Super recommended, my family had a great time in this listing, as you can only get there by boat. The experience is very good because of the number of things you can do when you arrive. You need to bring groceries because due to the nature of the location, getting to a store is about 20 minutes walking.

A beautiful secluded paradise next to the lake. The sounds of nature is all you hear. Absolutely wonderful stay for us. Plenty of beds, host is very attentive and kind. The home was spotless clean, with a welcome bottle of Rose - a nice touch. Sitting outside in the morning with a coffee with music playing, looking at the lake and taking in that you are in jungle... its great. Very difficult to find. Address was incorrect on the map, and with spotty to no cell service (I have a major US carrier and it was struggling)... this made check in a bit freaky. But it is the jungle and you gotta be up for the adventure...as the listing says! Not to worry though - this was the only issue, and the host met us quickly and guided us to where we need to be. Once there - it was simply fantastic. The jetskis are awesome!! You will love this place. I booked it due to it being a much higher rated place, and I can confirm that the ratings are deserved. Will definitely stay again.

The flat is perfect if you have an early bus to catch. Close to the terminal and to the market. 20min walk from central Flores.

Very good apartment, there is everything you need. It's clean, quiet in a cul-de-sac abec the center 15min walk. Andhy is very responsive if you have something to do with something. Recommended

I would recommend staying here! It was a nice place with a lovely roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The kitchen was better equipped than I expected which made cooking easy. Communication was great and they were really kind and helpful! Only downside was that the wifi basically doesn’t work.

Great little private hostel style accommodation, with private bathroom & shared kitchen. The location was great - right at the start of Flores island. There were lots of helpful QR notes to help navigate how to use the features in the room (tv, AC, shower etc). The hosts responded to all our questions which greatly helped us plan our trip - they were also really quick at resolving a small issue with our toilet. If you're a light sleeper, wear earplugs as the walkway to the main door is outside everyone's rooms.

Short but sweet stay! Very accommodating! Would definitely come back!
