Great flat, at a very good reaidential location with a local neighbourhood vibe. Underground and basic local amenities are all within very close proximity. Danae was great, helpful and flexible. Would definitely recommend.

Very authentic and nice Greek place! Not in a very touristy neighborhood but very close to the subway station. Even if not mentioned there is AC in the living room which was highly appreciated! Theodoris was a super host, I highly recommend.

Clean, well-maintained housing, convenient location, proximity to tram tracks is a little confusing, but when you close the windows, the noise is not very audible. The host is friendly and helpful.

Eva waited for us at 11pm to warmly welcome us. His apartment is very large, clean and bright. You have to heat it up when you're out of season. For the situation, it is close to the metro station that arrives directly from the airport, a supermarket and restaurants open very late. We recommend. Thanks to Eva for this stay.

We arrived late in the evening due to issues with the plane. Giannis had already told me that the last bit was a climb, but even in the dark everything went fine. The first days there was a lot of wind and that set the shutters of the windows in motion, but when the wind goes down, it is wonderfully quiet. We slept wonderfully every day and discovered the rest of Athens from Neo Kosmos and ate in many places that Giannis had recommended. This was our first time Athens but what a nice city! We enjoyed it wonderfully. We haven't been home much but enjoyed the beautiful views every morning and late at night. This is not a luxury stay and it is not advertised by Giannis either. Top!

Iro's apartment is full of eclectic charm. a huge space for one person, and central bit without being right in the middle of the touristy area. The immediate area might seem not look very upscale but has much to explore. The apartment is clean and everything works as it should. The only trick was that I could not find the light in the hallway which could be really dark even during the day. I would definitely recommend Iro's apartment.

This place was in a great location close to acropolis and close to restaurants. It was super clean and a very nice beautiful space with lots of room. We really loved and enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it. We felt very safe. The host was very friendly and very accommodating. She helped us with a few things and recommendations and we couldn’t be more thankful. She was very pleasant to meet.

We had an awesome stay here! Lots of shops/restaurants within walking distance, and also close to the tram/metro/bus so it was easy to get into the heart of Athens. The private parking was amazing -- finding parking within Athens can be such a battle so it was wonderful to have a guaranteed (and gated!) spot for our rental. Also awesome to be able to do laundry in the middle of our trip. This house is exactly as described and very comfortable. Amazing stay, we'll be back for sure!

A quiet place in a residential area, close to the tourist area around the Acropolis and the more local districts where Greeks go for diner. The house is very original with tasteful furniture. Be aware the house is split up in a cosy basement apartment with one bedroom and bathroom, and the main house with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The view from the jacuzzi on the Acropolis is amazing.

This place was beautiful! It had all the amenities listed, had lots of space, and was very clean. The host was incredibly good at communicating and checked in with us regularly to make sure our stay was going well. The area was quiet and it was easy to walk to nearby attractions. I definitely recommend this accommodation for families or groups of friends! Overall, we had a great stay.

Perfect base for exploring Athens, close to metro, Acropolis only a few stops, great local restaurants and recommendations. Apartment had a beautiful balcony and overall a nice escape from the busy city. Thank you, would happily stay again!

We stayed as a family of 3 for 4 nights and everything was perfect from start to finish. Panos was a great host and answered any questions we had promptly. The apartment is very spacious, peacefull and comfortable. The large veranda was a great outside space to relax on .There are plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby and the local area was very pleasant. We would definitely stay again if visiting Athens.
