My and my partner had the most beautiful stay here. It so peaceful and relaxing with the hot tub and heated pool. Great views and surroundings. Only a 15 minuet drive to Hastings so perfect little day out. Only thing we would of changed is to stay longer next time. 5 stars from us

We had such a brilliant stay. Chris and Erick are lovely hosts and are there to help but leave you to very much enjoy your stay. The flat was gorgeous and really had everything we needed, it was spotless and very warm and cosy, the view is amazing too. The leisure facilities were incredible, hands down the best we’ve ever had in the UK (and we’ve stayed in lots or air bnbs). The pool is just perfect and gym, hot tub and steam room were wonderful too. The local area is great, loads to do, plus you’re in a country park so you can literally go on gorgeous walks right out of the front door.

The property is exceptional; the hosts provided outstanding support, creating an immediately welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend this location and plan to return.

The Pump House Annexe cottage is the perfect place to stay to get away from everything. The location is nicely quiet and secluded, the views are fabulous, and the cottage itself is wonderful. The nearby towns are easily accessed by car. Tina was the perfect host and had thought of everything you might need for a beautifully relaxing stay. The cream tea was a lovely way to welcome us, along with the other essentials provided by Tina. I cannot recommend the Pump House highly enough. We would not hesitate to book again.
