Description This wonderful apartment with lake views is located on the fourth floor, with an elevator, of a condominium located on the state road that connects Pettanasco to Orta San Giulio and Omegna. It is suitable for both short and long-term stays, and is perfect for families, couples or business trips. The house is comfortable for up to 4 people (the 5th person on request will sleep in an additional single bed in the bedroom)

Spacious apartment with dining room, living room, and kitchen. There is a large table that can be used as a desk, a large kitchen, and a corner sofa with TV. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the green space of the garden. Above it, there is a mezzanine with exposed beams: a relaxing space with a very comfortable two-person sofa bed. A corridor leads to the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and a balcony overlooking the lake, as well as a nice little table. Next to the bedroom, there is the bathroom with shower.

Casa Mariaclara

Casa Mariaclara is named after my grandmothers, who both used to live in this house tending the garden and giving lots of love to me and their two cats Wendy and Gianna. After years in Australia I came back and with my parents brought the house back to its original splendour, and now we want to share it with the world. Casa Mariaclara is a 2-minute walk away from the beaches of Lake Orta, and is surrounded by a huge garden where my family and I grow fruit, vegetables, aromatic herbs and flowers.

The apartment has a little outdoor area on the lake No private parking Free WiFi The first supply of sheets and towels for all guests is included and free. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate pets in this apartment. We are very sorry!
