The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds sites, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No WIFI, but 5G is available!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!

Les 3 Cèdres – Courtyard Accommodation

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

An hour from Lyon and fifteen minutes from Annonay, come and stay in this beautiful home for a stay. Easily accessible, the cottage is located on the road between St Romain d'Ay and Ardoix, and close to the village center. This brand new studio has been delicately furnished and my touch. It's the fiber is installed, good connection! Direct view of the small pool (to be shared) and the beautiful terrace (private). Even if the train passes nearby, it's not a problem at all! With the advantages of a small town, everything is nearby, a 5-minute drive from the center and Marques Avenue... TV channels and netflix!

It is located in the beautiful old 18th century farmhouse. It is a very quiet cottage of 50 m2, completely self-contained; You also have a space under an arbor for lunch outside. The pool is accessible to you, in a beautiful garden overlooking the Vercors. Walking tours on leaving and on the Vercors 10 minutes away. Village center minutes away and TGV train station 15 minutes away.

GITE IN MILEU NATURE

Vacation rental classified 3 stars. In a park of more than 3 hectares surrounded by woods, the house overlooks the Vercors to the southeast. You will hear according to the green peak season, hello, owl, toddler... On the site outside the owner's accommodation there is only one cottage. In the absence of neighbors, the park lends itself to naturism for practicers.

"Au fil des Crêtes" attic/quiet/warm/view

Take the time to stop in the fenière, an old hay barn on our farm. Welcoming and spacious, cocooning, between stones and wood, you can rest, read, play, enjoy the wood stove, the calm... The fenière is in Drôme des collines on a ridge road, overlooking the Vercors mountain range and the Ardèche mountains. The sunrises and sunsets are magical.
