Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

BEST LOCATION: The 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built house in the middle of Pforzheim city. IT DOESN'T GET ANY MORE CENTRAL: Everything you need is right outside the door. Cafes, restaurants (also with great breakfast), beer garden, supermarkets, pedestrian zone... everything is in the immediate vicinity and within 2 minutes' walk. The CongressCentrum and the theater are also just around the corner. The train station is about 10 minutes' walk away.

In the bathroom there is a large bathtub next to the shower. There is also a washing machine. On the large south-facing balcony, you can relax wonderfully in the shade of the walnut tree. In the living room there is a cozy sofa and a 55-inch TV with its own Netflix access.

There are many excursion possibilities from here, such as Baden-Baden, Heidelberg, Stuttgart, etc. The apartment is very centrally located. By car, it is 5 minutes to the highway and 10 minutes to the city center. 5 minutes walk to the city railway, 10 minutes via a footpath to Edeka or Lidl. Das Ein-Zimmer-Apartment mit Küchenbereich, Bad, eigenem Eingangsbereich, Terrasse und Parkplatz bietet Ihnen bestmöglichen Komfort. Es liegt sehr naturnah am Feldrand, die Straßenbahn Richtung Karlsruhe und Bretten ist in zehn Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
