I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

I like this villa. Definitely a unique layout. It had a very comfortable bed and the living room is very cozy. I would stay again. The only draw back is the distance from a 7/11 or Tops. If you need something, bring it.

The house is comfortable and the a/c works great. We had a good time.

The villa is located in an old resort and around a 10-minute drive from the beach. The highlight was the pool, from its cleanliness to the jacuzzi functions. Since it’s in an old resort, the furniture is a little out of style and has some wear and tear, but it has all the facilities and amenities mentioned. It’s pet friendly and there is no extra cost. The host is also very responsive and friendly and quickly solved any issues we had. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The hosts were kind, hospitable, helpful with everything. Spacious, clean, well-equipped space The room is clean, playing level up a few stairs, not too high, comfortable parking for 2 cars. Plates, bowls, cups, spoons, pots, rice cookers, electric stoves are more than comfortable guests. Towel, shampoo, body wash, no hairdryer. Carry it yourself. Tea, coffee, hot water packets, Eurocustard for a light breakfast, cook just like home, perfect for families, groups of friends. There is an en-suite bathroom with two bedrooms and one downstairs. There is also a pool area. There is a dining area outside the house, but I like to go on hot days, so I choose to sit in the house cold.

Patty was so helpful throughout our stay there. She made us feel at home. I would highly recommend her to be anyone’s host. She was so proactive in communicating with us and helped us throughout our stay for any questions we had. Nice and big house with everything there. Thank you for everything Patty!

The house was incredibly spacious and easily accommodated all of my guests. The TV offered both Netflix and YouTube, and the large pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptionally roomy, providing plenty of comfort. The property is conveniently located near the community clubhouse, which also gives access to a nearby beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach house just a two-hour drive south of Bangkok, close to Pattaya and Koh Lan.

Nate was an excellent host. Very attentive patient and accommodating. The made my stay. The only concern I had was with the additional charges for electricity.

Great and new place for spending weekend with family and friends. Along is always active to response our questions. Great value!!

The villa KTV room is correct.Private KTV room, have a good experience with friends. , Mandarin, English songs are all available.No other villa has ever been tried.Pattaya has already lived in the plan for a few more days. The host is very helpful when checking in, Pattaya data is mine.

The villa was well-maintained, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was definitely the swimming pool – it was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing dip. The surroundings added to the charm, making it a truly peaceful retreat. A special mention to the caretaker (Tin Tin ), who was incredibly helpful and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality made the experience even better. Very good location with a very nice host

Great space. Quite neighborhood. 3 private bedrooms (individual room locks) with lots of extra sofa beds. 3 Tv’s. Not the fancy smart kind (ie no Netflix or screen casting) but good for viewing local Tv. The pool is fun for kids and the outdoor patio is very relaxing. It’s not far (by car) from a really lovely beach, Nam Rin that we enjoyed a lot. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided along with a 2 burner gas hob. Also has a microwave. We plan to return sometime.

Lovely place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. You’ll need some wheels to get to the beach / explore around, but it’s a nice and calm place to do so, so all good. Didn’t meet Sami but he was very responsive to our messages/needs. His place was clean, spacious, relaxing, and well equipped. Many thanks!

I stayed here for 4 nights with mine and my brothers family. There were 8 of us in total and we had plenty of room. The villa is well equipped and each large bedroom has an en-suite which is great. The pool is amazing and the kids pretty much stayed in that the whole time. If you like all the electronics there is plenty here to entertain you and once my son worked out the karaoke machine we had a fun night of singing. There were some minor issues with a drain in one of the bedrooms but after a message to the host someone arrived very quickly to resolve. When you walk out of the villa there is a 7/11 within 2 mins walking which is handy for drinks and snacks. Get yourself the bolt app and you can book taxis to anywhere in Pattaya. We loved it here and would definitely come back when we visit Pattaya again.

Nice place to stay for us, 4 pax and a pet. Private and quiet but not far from main street and bangsare town. House is very well maintained with all amenities as we needed. The owner was really friendly and flexible with check-in, check-out and be there before we arrived.
