Kick back and relax in this beautiful cottage by the lake. This listing sits on a peninsula with over 900 feet of shoreline. The cottage has its own private dock and shared boat launch. We offer kayaks and paddle boards for your enjoyment. The cottage comes equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Right down to the spices to cook with! Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch, a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We also have a dog named Hank, a cat named Kevin, and chickens. If there is prolonged barking, we will bring him inside. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .
