Great stay, can recommend it for larger groups, like multiple families. Beautiful cozy and natural surroundings. The appliances could use a revamp and designer but that's why the price is so friendly.

We enjoyed the days with Angelika and her family on the farm very much. Above all, the opportunity to be able to play outside and jump trampoline was particularly enjoyed by the kids, so we were just in the yard for two days on our four-day trip. The kids were also allowed to ride the ponies, feed sheep and chickens, and even help out in the pasture when work was up. Thanks for the nice days :)!

We spent the weekend as a group of 10 people. The accommodation by Veronika is perfect for this. You have a lot of space, a hot tub, a lake, and a fireplace in the living room. Additionally, it's only 10 minutes away from České Budějovice, which also offers a lot of opportunities. The only negative aspect about the apartment was the radiator which was too loud during the night. After talking to Veronika about it, she quickly came over and turned it off. Thanks for that! :)

A super chalet with mega views, a mega beautiful view of the mountains with really pure and great air. For people who want to enjoy complete peace and quiet, it's the best option. Beautiful romantic place. If you're looking for something in the woods, by the water, this is absolutely perfect. The house is really big, comfortable, well-equipped. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. BBQ grill ready on the deck, overlooking the water from the bedrooms. Very helpful host. We loved it here and would definitely recommend.

Our stay with Matthias was just great! He was super friendly, always available and really took care of everything – he even got us an oyster knife. Already in advance, he provided us with great restaurant tips and informed us about delivery options. Even the offer to bring ordered food to the cabin shows how attentive and helpful he is. The place itself was clean, rustic, and at the same time perfectly equipped. But the absolute highlight was definitely the private sauna and the hot tub! Relaxing there after a long day was simply unbeatable. The cottage offers absolute privacy in the middle of a breathtaking backdrop – pure nature! And the starry sky? Just amazing! We have rarely seen it so clearly and impressively. We would recommend everyone to book these extras – it's absolutely worth it! Nice cabin in nice area. The cabin is right next to the owners' house. It is easy to reach and there is the treetop trail nearby that is highly recommended. The cabin is nicely decorated.

The house is very nice. The views from the house are beautiful. Reputation and quiet. Large house equipped with all the amenities. Hans answered all our questions. We had a good time.

We had a great week in the apartment and felt completely comfortable! The apartment is surprisingly spacious – it looks even bigger in real life than in the pictures – and also the garden is really big, which was great for playing football together, for example. A highlight was definitely the jacuzzi, which we had a lot of fun. From the house you can start directly to hikes, but we also took a trip to the small Arbersee and took a beautiful tour there. In general, it is helpful to arrive by car because it makes it simply more flexible in terms of activities. The communication with the landlords was consistently great – friendly, straightforward and fast. Overall we had a really nice time and can only recommend the place!

Great!!! An impressive area, surrounded by nature, for us and the kids it was a beautiful fairytale holiday. The energy here is very positive and connected to nature. From here, you can immerse yourself directly in the forest. I highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here in Bodenmais for about a week and felt very comfortable. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Arrival, stay and check-out were uncomplicated, very friendly and very pleasant. The ski resort on the Großer Arber is perfect for families. The area offers many excursion options for all ages. We will be happy to come back sometime.

We had a very nice weekend at Milan's house. The house offers a lot of space and especially the common area is a highlight. It is very nicely located and you can also be a little louder as a large group. I would book the house again immediately.

Thank you so much for a great place to stay. We were looking for peace, quiet, and a total minimum of people. This was everything. Even though the weather didn't work for us, we had a great stay with everything. Everything was just like the photos. Lucka is willing to help us with all questions and requests (we had a small baby and arranged a travel crib and a microwave). In short, thank you very much, and for sure if we still visit the Bohemian Forest, we will come back. :)

we arrived a little later after some complications, this was no problem at all. We were warmly welcomed and immediately a tour with an explanation of everything. Everything was super clean and there was even some goodies to drink ready. We got some more fun tips for the area. We felt right at home. Beautiful simple cabin right on the pond, extensive grounds, very idyllic and quiet location, with creeks and mill wheel, swimming in the pond was wonderful, as well as the opportunity to make a small campfire.

This was one of our best experiences: David and his family are wonderful hosts—always attentive, generous, and welcoming. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend it. We came to explore the Bohemian region and to trace some family roots, and David and his family were incredibly helpful throughout. His guidance and recommendations were invaluable and spot-on. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We felt very comfortable in the house! We were there as a family and it was great to have our own garden with barbecue and space. everything was super clean and everything worked - just like it can be seen in the pictures. You definitely need a car, as the village is far from a shot. a small kiosk by the lake is open in the evening and invites a sundowner. All in all highly recommend and the host was also totally nice! Thank you!
