House vacation rentals in Lower Bavaria

We immediately felt welcome at Sabine's farm. She gave us many tips for the area directly upon arrival and showed us the apartment. A fire in the stove was already prepared so we could arrive and relax right away. Communication was always possible without problems and the sauna, as well as the massage, were the icing on the cake during our stay. If we need a few days off from everyday life again, we would come back any time!

The Kostnerhof is a very nicely renovated farmhouse. We used the outdoor oven, sauna, swimming pond and bathing barrel extensively. The rooms and kitchen are beautifully furnished. The view is fabulous. The hosts are very friendly and uncomplicated. We had a wonderful, relaxing week.

We stayed with Yvonne and Karl for 11 days over New Year's Eve and would do it again at any time. The luxurious and eclectically equipped house had all the amenities we needed to recover and regain strength for us. Even with a toddler (8 months) it was no problem as long as the little one doesn't get from A to B. We will definitely come back again if the little one is old enough to be able to walk safely through the house. Until then, we wish Yvonne and Karl only pleasant guests and the best for the future ! We enjoyed the days with Angelika and her family on the farm very much. Above all, the opportunity to be able to play outside and jump trampoline was particularly enjoyed by the kids, so we were just in the yard for two days on our four-day trip. The kids were also allowed to ride the ponies, feed sheep and chickens, and even help out in the pasture when work was up. Thanks for the nice days :)!

We felt very comfortable! The amenities and cleanliness of the apartment were really great. The only small drawback was that the bed creaked with every little movement. We will be happy to come back! 😊

Reiko is incredibly service minded and has a great home for 4 people. Nothing was missing, and Reiko was quick to respond if we asked anything. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in one of the rooms when it got incredibly hot. We would definitely recommend his place to others.

A super chalet with mega views, a mega beautiful view of the mountains with really pure and great air. For people who want to enjoy complete peace and quiet, it's the best option. Our stay with Matthias was just great! He was super friendly, always available and really took care of everything – he even got us an oyster knife. Already in advance, he provided us with great restaurant tips and informed us about delivery options. Even the offer to bring ordered food to the cabin shows how attentive and helpful he is. The place itself was clean, rustic, and at the same time perfectly equipped. But the absolute highlight was definitely the private sauna and the hot tub! Relaxing there after a long day was simply unbeatable. The cottage offers absolute privacy in the middle of a breathtaking backdrop – pure nature! And the starry sky? Just amazing! We have rarely seen it so clearly and impressively. We would recommend everyone to book these extras – it's absolutely worth it! This was a great holiday home. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quite a historic building, situated in a village setting, the house had a few quirks but these just added to the character. Because of unseasonal weather we needed to light a fire to warm up during part of our stay - ample firewood was provided, and the fire was very easy to manage and kept the place nice and warm. The surroundings are pleasant and the nearby town of Geiselhöring has good facilities including a choice of supermarkets and a petrol station. Straubing, a little further away, is a nice place to visit and you can go and watch the Straubing Tigers ice hockey team! Trains from Geiselhöring station can get you to Munich, Nuremberg and even Salzburg without driving for a reasonable cost if you get a Bayern-Ticket. The host was very friendly and considerate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We had a great week in the apartment and felt completely comfortable! The apartment is surprisingly spacious – it looks even bigger in real life than in the pictures – and also the garden is really big, which was great for playing football together, for example. A highlight was definitely the jacuzzi, which we had a lot of fun. From the house you can start directly to hikes, but we also took a trip to the small Arbersee and took a beautiful tour there. In general, it is helpful to arrive by car because it makes it simply more flexible in terms of activities. The communication with the landlords was consistently great – friendly, straightforward and fast. Overall we had a really nice time and can only recommend the place!

Great!!! An impressive area, surrounded by nature, for us and the kids it was a beautiful fairytale holiday. The energy here is very positive and connected to nature. From here, you can immerse yourself directly in the forest. I highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Our stay in the house WaldNur was really fantastic! Upon arrival we were welcomed with a bottle of champagne, which was a great start to our vacation. Even our dog was not forgotten. She immediately felt at home thanks to her own blanket and toys that were already ready. The house itself is perfect. It is fully equipped with everything you might need and the quality of all amenities is high. You notice that a lot of attention has been paid to details to make guests really comfortable. The location is an oasis of peace with great views. We really enjoyed the nature around the house. We took nice walks in the area and went skiing in Hochficht, which is easy to access. Finally, we want to thank Andi and Meli. Their hospitality and friendliness have made our stay even more special. This is without a doubt a place we'd love to come back to!

This house was the perfect little getaway for us! It is super cozy and has beautiful views. Our dog also absolutely loved it because of the large fenced in garden 🐾

We were very satisfied. The accommodation lacks nothing, even the toys are in good condition and are provided in an age-appropriate manner. Very clean and you can tell how much passion has been put into the house. Will definitely visit again.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful Christmas together here! Everything was beautifully decorated and welcoming and our hosts were lovely. Great space and location for a quiet retreat and not too far from Regensburg. Definitely need a car for transportation. Would stay again for sure.

Hannah and Julian's place was simply awesome. So much attention to detail and so much passion put into the space. Amazing. Especially all the amenities were sensational. A huge Weber BBQ, PS5, huge TV, games to wake up and a super equipped kitchen! Thank you - it was really fun!

Beautiful simple cabin right on the pond, extensive grounds, very idyllic and quiet location, with creeks and mill wheel, swimming in the pond was wonderful, as well as the opportunity to make a small campfire.
