“We were four and stayed 4 nights in this accommodation as described, well equipped with appliances and very clean. We did not meet Pietro but were greeted very kindly by Pasquale who was very responsive throughout the stay. The village of Agerola is located in the mountains. It is a very clean village (unlike some streets in Naples) with merchants and locals welcoming and friendly. From the accommodation you are close to hiking trails, including the Path of the Gods. Close to the village square where there is a large car park, you can fill your water bottles (still or slightly sparkling spring water for a very small fee (5 cents per liter) at a vending machine regularly checked The only precaution: bring cash.”

“It was hard to climb because of the high mountain, but it has beautiful scenery. Like the mountain cottage, the quiet and beautiful scenery is the biggest advantage and also has a small garden. There was also a mart and a restaurant nearby. The host's response was quick and very friendly. I would like to visit this place next time. “Lovely apartment, very quiet location yet near enough to the town for all amenities and excellent bus connections to the Amalfi coast and further afield (day trips to Pompeii, Vesuvius and Naples are all possible) ... self contained accommodation on a traditional Italian smallholding, it was lovely to meet Magdalena and other members of the family, and learn a little more about their way of life. Great location also for walking, the tourist information has useful maps and advice - for the Walk of the gods, which is spectacular, but also for other equally lovely but less busy excursions, we walked from Bomerano down to the coast at Praiano and to the summit of Tres Calli, all really well signed and easy to do. And the weather was great, bright and sunny every day, though chilly outside once the sun goes down ..”
