This place is highly recommended! This cottage is absolutely adorable, it sits beside Dominique and Alain's house on a cute little pond. There are cats and geese and ducks wandering around, but they didn't make any noise at all! Inside, the cottage is so clever in the layout, with everything you need, from kitchen supplies (vinegar, oil, salt, sugar) to blankets and thick towels. The bed was very comfortable and the Vellux blinds kept it very dark upstairs. Alain gave me tips on hiking (I did the Ballade des Katts walk to the monastery directly from the path beside the property). The local beer in the fridge was a very nice touch and the WiFi worked perfectly, which was good because the cell reception was patchy. The landscape is beautiful and the WWI sights are poignant and well signposted. Don't miss the daily 8 pm commemoration for the fallen in Ypres at the Menon Gate. When the bagpipes played Amazing Grace, there were tears...

A great little getaway if you’re looking for peace and quiet, however, also a great location for exploring a range of places. The Stable was just as the photos and advert described and had everything needed. A lovely, cosy place to relax and unwind!

Fantastic location, peaceful, relaxing, easy travel to Lille (bus and tram), family friendly and accessible. Really enjoyed our stay.

We found everything we were looking for for a relaxing stay with friends with children. The accommodation is large, friendly, Pierre is available, responsive and there is all the equipment for leisure (pétanque, badminton...). We had such a nice stay that we decided to come back!

Very nice short stay with family . Very welcoming, smiling and friendly host. Proposed hot tub, pool and jeep tower to take a ride through the forest. Charming little house isolated from the eyes of others but not far from the hosts in case of problems which is very good . Opportunity to walk and meet the goats and horses which made our 3-year-old daughter happy. Possibility to shop not too far away and next to some nice places to do. Beauvais Cathedral/Saint Paul Park… We recommend this small place of charm and calm . We wish Philippe and his family well and lots of beautiful things .

The property is great! Everything is present in the holiday home, it is very neat, child-friendly and stylishly furnished. The kitchen was equipped with the large fridge, oven and hob for cooking for a large group. The contact with the hosts was very warm. We had a nice time!

We were there with friends and our children. The house is old but neatly maintained, very comfortable and spacious. We slept well under the flannel sheets. The sauna and playground are pluses. I had a pleasant contact with the hostess Peggy.

Very nice experience in Mylène and John's house. Clean, well organized, with lots of games for kids (inside and outside). Pleasant garden, beautiful fireplace. Very quiet. Close to the sea without being right next door. Thank you for the great responsiveness in messages!

We stayed here as an overnight stay for a wedding party in the area. It is a very nice stay! We were sorry that we could no longer enjoy the accommodation with jacuzzi and beautiful surroundings, but it was an ideal place to stay after the wedding party. Caroline is a friendly host who responds quickly to messages. Great!

The cottage is packed with amenities. The kitchen design is very complete, from coffee maker to wine extractor, everything was there. The beds are of good quality, everything was clean, in short recommended for those who want to stay in this area for a shorter or longer period of time. Sabine is a friendly and thoughtful host.

We had a wonderful stay here! Sandrine's place has everything you might wish for and more: from amenities to entertainment, with a stunning outdoor area and view. Highly recommended for a week(end) away with large groups of family or friends.

We had a pleasant and relaxing stay at Remy's. The cabin is magical, between two trees, it feels very good! It has all the comforts with an additional adventure due to its view of Normandy greenery. The surrounding area is very beautiful and quiet. Bonus: if you like animau, they are everywhere and very friendly (kiss to the little cat who spent part of the evening with us). I would recommend it!

Excellent stay in Anne and Nicolas's house, exceptional environment for children, equestrian center and educational farm at the foot of the house. An amazing place in a beautiful location with the coast on one side and farm land on the other - both perfect for walking the dog. The house is lovely and the beds are incredibly comfortable - had everything we needed and more, plus a lovely grassy garden for our little one to crawl about on. Rosie was really lovely and super helpful when we couldn't work out the travel cot - came round to help twice - thanks Rosie! A genuinely wonderful stay, made us want toove to Camber Sands! ❤️

Don, Inge and Pebbles (their dog) gave us a warm welcome. The barn is comfortable, well equipped and perfect for people working remotely (great internet). We loved the peaceful surroundings with lots of nature. Our dogs had lots of fun running around the garden.

Stay 3 nights. Great stay. Very nice and quiet accommodation, very clean, very well equipped. Impeccable bedding. The little extras: an enclosed inner courtyard with parking space and small sweets on arrival... Very responsive host. Clear instructions. Arranging at check-in time I highly recommend it and will come back without hesitation if available during our next stay in the North.

Great weekend, quiet with the kids. The house is very quiet and comfortable. We slept very well there (even though our children are not sleepers!) the house is 15 or 20 minutes from the seaside, so ideal location (the seaside doesn't offer houses as spacious with garden, and as quiet).
