We loved staying Sophie&Stephane's beautiful studio apartment in Paris. It was centrally located and it was easy to get to all the places we came to Paris to see. Even with a technical challenge in the building, Sophie&Stephane were quick to address it. We would most definitely book with Sophie&Stephane again if we come back to Paris.

I had a great time at Ali & Jac's apartment! As a solo traveler, I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the apartment. It's so easy to get to public transportation and the Place de Bastille is less than 10 minutes away (great restaurants, Opera Bastille, shops, etc.). The apartment is small, as described, but it has everything that you need for a comfortable stay including a great bed, hot shower and fast Internet. The hosts are extremely responsive and made sure that I could check in easily. Highly recommended!

Can’t beat the location if you are planning to spend time at Versailles. Steps away from a convenient side gate to the main palace. Area is quiet and peaceful at night but still walkable to restaurants. Great place to stay!

Fabienne is a very welcoming and friendly host. Her apartment is very well located, right next to the famous Quentovic Square.

Had a nice stay in a beautiful apartment. Quiet and relaxing place. Pleasant and well-equipped accommodation, very good swimming pool, particularly welcoming host, everything is easily accessible on foot. Recommended apartment.

We absolutely loved staying at Nicholas place, it was neat and comfortable, clean and homely. The sofa bed was super comfy, the area it’s lovely - quiet and well looked after. Very easy to get to Disneyland with a free shuttle and the first night of our stay we enjoyed the walk to the village and it was so pleasant. Getting into Paris it’s very easy as well, we did feel a little overwhelmed at first soon to find out that is super easy- walk to Val D’Europe - take the train and depending where you are going to this one takes you pretty close to all famous spots! The only thing we found out was the shops close at about 8:30 and if you coming late there is not much options. We used Uber Eats and found an open supermarket opposite the train station. Overall fantastic little place to stay, convenient to whatever you have planned. The host is very friendly and responds super quick ! Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely place!

A wonderful stay! Great location to explore Montmarte/Pigalle. Safe for solo travel. Suite is very spacious. Also convenient to have a kitchen + living space. Nice touch with L:a Bruket bath products. Great host, super responsive and helpful. Je reviendrais! (try nearby "Ukiyo" if you love ramen🤗)

We absolutely loved this place. Could not get a better view of the Eiffel Tower… Seriously just gorgeous view of it right outside the living room and kitchen areas. Looked close enough to touch. The apartment was Super clean and very comfortable for my family of four and could’ve easily fit two more people. Just to let you know, there is no description of how to check in in the instructions but when you arrive, there is a receptionist and he called the person that was waiting for us and she came down and showed us up to the apartment and all around. So… If you don’t receive instructions on the day of check, don’t panic like I did just go to the building and let them know you’re there at the reception and someone will be there. That said, we would definitely absolutely stay at this beautiful place again.

We enjoyed our stay at Yays Paris. Flat was clean and the location was peaceful location.Metro station is about 10 minutes walking distance.

If you're looking for a gem, look no further, you've found it!!! Sophie's place is perfect for making you enjoy your stay whether it's personal or professional. True to the photos, very bright, layout worthy of an architect, tastefully decorated, you will not lack anything (toaster, kettle, espresso machine, but also washing machine, dryer, Netflix subscription, etc.) without forgetting the small touches. Ideally located, you are in the heart of Tournai near the main square, restaurants, bakeries... The extras that make a difference: - free street parking from 5pm to 9am, and the first 30 minutes free during the day. Otherwise, there is also a free 390-space parking lot within walking distance of the property. - self check-in and self check-out. - a beautiful terrace!! - located in a secure residence. - and finally, Sophie's responsiveness!! Without hesitation, I will stay here again on my next business trip!! 😊
