wonderful , easy access to the beaches to the shops ,super clean nice people around , silencing had no great mess to enjoy as a family . Simply wonderful to Maricler a super attentive dear worried about our home always asking if everything was okay and if we were comfortable . Simply renting is worth as much in value as in comfort

We loved Amabilon's apartment! It was my husband and I taking a few days off to rest and the location and beach utensils helped us save time and money. We will definitely return to the apartment on our next trip to Balneário Piçarras. Besides being super close to Beto Carrero, we ended up already including it in our travel itinerary. Our stay was EXCELLENT! Mr Jair was very flexible on our check in time (we went in the low season). The place was very clean and tidy (very smelling bedding). The kitchen with electronics and utensils is available for use. The site is +/- 40min walk from Beto Carreiro park. By Uber, the route is on average R$7.00 - minimum rate (Oct/2023). There are bakery and grocery stores about 4 blocks (15min walking) The only consideration is about ventilation. Although the place has windows for air circulation, my friend had a crisis of allergic rhinitis (it didn't affect me and my son). She said she smelled a “closed house.” But overall we enjoyed the stay very much!

Our hostess welcomed us in the best way with a cake and coffee!!! We love our lodging!!! Everything as Ana described it! Piçarras is beautiful by where you look at it and being so close to the beach was magical, a safe and friendly place!

It met our needs! House has all the necessary items. The rooms have ceiling fans that have quietly supplied! The outdoor space is a show apart! Impeccable pool! We enjoyed the entire space! We went in three people and the house served us perfectly. But for more guests, which the house perfectly serves as the number of bedrooms, a single bathroom can complicate a little, lol. It is approximately 950 meters from the beach, a quiet walk, but to take the beach items, going by car is better. Leticia and Danilo were great hosts and always quick to communicate. No doubt an option for us to return.

The stay was great and he took care of us perfectly! Mr. João was always ready to assist us whenever we needed it! Carolina got in touch, giving us the right data on how to get to the house. I'll leave two points just as a suggestion to further improve what is already great: 1) We went now in January and there were a lot of mosquitoes at night. Perhaps, putting those screens on the windows would decrease the number of mosquitoes. 2) I think an outside shower would help a lot when leaving the pool. But as I said.... These are just small suggestions... Nothing to diminish our satisfaction with the house

We were well served, the house was organized and clean ( I scored in the ERONEAMENTE app the week for the location and we arrived only a week before the planned hahaha...) even then we were met on readiness and as the date was vacant, it ended up all right, even with this error, the hostess was willing to help us and left everything in perfect condition. The house corresponds exactly to the listing, it is worth it, it is comfortable and close to everything. Here I congratulate and thank you for the great stay and service.

We were little left but we already fell in love with the place! We will definitely return.. I had a problem with the departure time because I got confused and even then Silvia and her partner were extremely proactive and patient. ❤️

The house is very organized and clean, with a full kitchen, comfortable beds and impeccable bed linens. The location is great, and right ahead it is possible to buy some items, at affordable prices. Host is very polite and responds quickly, which makes the experience even better. I highly recommend it! The house is excellent! We loved our stay. We were 7 adults and 3 children and we were comfortable. The house is very large, it positively exceeded all our expectations. The great check-in and check-out times were a big draw for choosing the house and the hostess even let us leave a little later. The house is very close to the beach, you could hear the sea from the house. We plan to come back more often! I highly recommend the accommodation and the host, who always responded quickly and answered our questions!

Spacious and pleasant apartment with an extended balcony that is a very favorable point. The air-conditioning did not account for the day, but it was because it was very hot, the night cooled well. Equipped with basic items that supply for the days off. We didn't miss it, it was really nice. I will return more often for sure. And the condominium, it's perfect. Everything a family needs to rest and have moments together, beach, swimming pool, games, sport and at Carnival we still had party in the pool. If I could score 1,000 I would give it! Luana is also very much in demand, when I asked to book the outdoor barbecue, she promptly assisted us.
