A very positive experience, nice, clean space, good beds and great bathroom/shower and that's all we want on a beach Arbnb. City Council has met my family's expectations well. We recommend it!

We felt at home! Quiet place with great beach in front. Host Dani is very kind and helped us a lot with the reservations of the condominium's common spaces. The girl who went to receive us for the check in is also kind and polite. We really enjoyed and would go back.

Very cozy apto, it exceeded the expectation. We were in 09 people and we were super well accommodated. 04 bedrooms are suites and 01 normal room, air-conditioning in all environments including bedrooms, kitchen and living room ! It has chairs and sunscreen! Large pool area and excellent for children, in short everything compliant. Host Raquel very attentive. Peaceful and unbroken accommodation. Would recommend.

Rafael is very polite and helpful, the environment was perfectly clean and cozy, the apartment meets all needs very well. The very well-equipped kitchen, the rooms clean and organized. The condominium is a real club, with an incredible structure for leisure and rest. In addition, the location is excellent, making it easy to access everything we need during the stay. Great stay! Everything was very well organized and well oriented so that we could make the most of our vacation, always responding quickly to our questions. The apartment is very beautiful and pleasant with plenty of space even for those staying with 7 people. Everything was very good. We even ended up forgetting a bag with a change of clothes that they promptly warned us about, and they will send it back to us by Sedex.

We adored the house, Rosane's reception was very good, there was even a coffee and cake for our arrival. Great house,all organized, clean. We enjoy our tour a lot as the house is in a great location... several tourist cities are 40 to 1 h away from the house, so we can enjoy a lot to visit other cities like Blumenau, Pomerode, Camboriú, Beto Carreiro na Penha which is on the side ...Super recommend. No doubt next vacation we will return

Perfect apartment, beautifully decorated and equipped. Furniture and electrics of excellent quality. Very contorted and privacy with an amazing sea front view, exactly like the description and photos. The reservation with Tassiana was very quiet from the beginning always kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and has all the necessary utensils, it has air conditioning in all the rooms. I traveled with my mother and children and they enjoyed a lot of the condominium that has a pool, playground, game room, court and the beach is in front. There is market, pharmacy, all very close. The stay was great we felt at home.
