Beautiful enclosed plot of 2800 m2 planted with wooden terrace and large garden shed. The cottage includes a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with toilet and a bedroom (double bed) on the ground floor. Upstairs, a large mezzanine with a sleeping area (double bed + single bed).

Pool and Tennis at the Orchard

Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. A tennis court awaits athletes as well as 4 canoes-kayaks to navigate the river that flows at the end of the garden. Also available: ping pong table and adult and children's bikes)

Le Gîte du Cotentin est idéalement situé pour découvrir toutes les beautés de notre région. Notre presbytère possède également une chambre d'hôtes pour 2 personnes. Nous sommes à deux pas des marais du Cotentin et à 15 km des plages du débarquement. Sainte-Mère église est très proche à seulement 8 km de notre propriété. Notre gîte est au calme, à la campagne, à 1,5 km du bourg où sont situés tous les commerces.

This former stable has been beautifully converted into a modern vacation home. The house is small but practical, and tastefully decorated. You will enjoy great tranquility, while being only 3 km from the city of Valognes. A pleasant south-facing terrace and private access to the gardens are dedicated to you. Lovers of the countryside, charm and calm will find happiness here.
