It offers 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet, an office space, a cozy living room, a kitchen dining room and a laundry/storage space. You can store bicycles, motorcycles or leisure equipment on the ground floor. The accommodation is close to a large park with centuries-old trees and shops are close by.

Classified as a historical monument, Pignan is a medieval village near Montpellier. You will stay in an old sheepfold dating from the 18th century with magnificent pointed arches. The walls were built with lime and Pignan stone. This is a large room of about 20 m2 designed for 2 people ideally. This atypical property is located on the ground floor of our house in a quiet pedestrian street in the city center and close to small shops.
