Elle offre 2 chambres (18m2 et 12m2) climatisées avec lits en 160x200, deux salles de bains avec WC, un espace bureau, un salon cosy, une cuisine/salle-à-manger et une buanderie/rangement où vous pourrez entreposer 2-roues, valises etc. Le logement est proche d'un grand parc aux arbres centenaires et des commerces se trouvent à proximité.

Free parking on site in the subdivision. Montpellier is 5 minutes away by car, shops, tram stops and highway access are 200 metres away. 20 minutes from the beaches and the airport. Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to get to the front porch of the home.

Linen provided (sheets, towels). Small outdoor area on the courtyard side with a barbecue and umbrella to enjoy the sun. A bay window overlooks the garden. Animals allowed. Check-in is done independently with a lockbox, from 3 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. at the latest

We welcome you in a pretty 30 m2 wooden house, in a small quiet village near Montpellier, the beaches and its hinterland rich in beautiful cultural discoveries. A nice view of the Gardiole and its sunrises from its bed. A garden is dedicated to you with garden furniture under a beautiful almond tree and a picnic table for a soothing atmosphere. Charming cellar / 18th century

Classified as a historical monument, Pignan is a medieval village near Montpellier. You will stay in an old sheepfold dating from the 18th century with magnificent pointed arches. The walls were built with lime and Pignan stone. This is a large room of about 20 m2 designed for 2 people ideally. This atypical property is located on the ground floor of our house in a quiet pedestrian street in the city center and close to small shops.
