Fantastic. Very comfortable and imaginative re-purposing of the large garage. Kitchen area was wonderful. Super nice neighborhood. Regina was always responsive. Would definitely come back.

This is a very friendly neighborhood and the home was setup for all kinds of kid friendly activities. Beach, outside patios, hanging out of all ages. The play room was a huge hit with our youngest family member. With 3 full baths everyone could get ready at the same time. The towels, bedding and decor is beautiful! We had some folks that normally have trouble sleeping and everyone slept well here. There are too many great things to list but the s'mores, coffee, kitchen, laundry, beach supplies and beauty made this a home we all hope to come back to soon!

the neighborhood was populated but quiet and we felt safe at all times. This home was perfect for us and my sons family, they had the upstairs and we all had plenty of space and privacy and a nice fenced in backyard. We had everything we needed plus more. Jaquelyn was very easy to work with.

We rented this house for a long weekend in Jacksonville. Our grandson turned 1 and this house was a perfect landing spot for our family to relax between festivities/outings. Since we were here the week before Easter, we took the opportunity to do an early Easter celebration, complete with an Easter egg hunt in the yard. The sunroom turned out to be our favorite spot in the house. Perfect for the warm days or relax and listen to the rain. Everything was great, the house was perfect, and we didn’t have any issues. It was a wonderful long weekend.
