Das Studio liegt im UG des Hauses und verfügt über ein Doppelbett, Einbauküche, Tisch mit 2 bequemen Stühlen sowie ein eigenes Duschbad. Im Außenbereich ist ein Tisch mit Stühlen zum verweilen bei gutem Wetter. Herzlich Willkommen

This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is an 8-minute walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shops, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are all nearby. We look forward to your visit :-)

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Although you are only 35 minutes away from Hamburg city center, you have the forest, meadows and horses right outside the door. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

The apartment has a free parking space with access to an e-charging station and is 10 minutes by car from the Schnelsen fairgrounds, 15 minutes by car from Hamburg airport, 30 minutes by car from downtown Hamburg. The property is a 7-minute walk from Bönningstedt Train Station. At the moment, there is a rail replacement traffic to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.

Bargteheide train station is 5 km away.

Our studio apartment is a self-contained apartment with a separate entrance. We also live in the detached house and have a toddler. It can therefore sometimes lead to shouting. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Barmstedt city center, where there are supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and other shops. A swimming pool and a swimming lake are also within walking distance. The apartment is located on the first floor and is barrier-free. The apartment itself was refurbished and renovated in 2022. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, walk-in shower, sink and mirror.

This stylish accommodation was built in 1910. The apartment has a separate entrance. Own parking space and a terrace complete the outdoor area. From the hallway you enter the bathroom and or the living room. The bathroom is a through bathroom from which you can enter the bedroom. On the living room side, you enter the open kitchen area. Additional fee per dog per night please pay 5 euros on site.

The cottage is a former half-timbered carport and is located on a 3000 sqm property together with the landlord's residential building in a quiet forest settlement at a distance of about 300 m from the federal road 3. It is designed for 2 people and no pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling tours in the Lüneburg Heath.
