It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

This is the ideal destination to unwind in the mountains during a holiday or workation, with the city and the sea nearby. There is also a two bedroom casita on the property. Free parking on the property. We welcome people form all backgrounds.
