Bring your ATV's as you can ride them from the property directly to the trails, no trailering required! Minutes to Royal Blue and Tackett Creek trail heads and Lake Norris boat ramp. Stop at the gas station to fill up and grab snacks and ice, have breakfast at the Diner, and then head to the trails. After a days ride stop for dinner in town. Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

With direct access to Brimstone trails, you won't have to trailer to your favorite place to ride. There are plenty of places to park all of the trucks and trailers and this property features a turnaround for your convenience. There is access to north Cumberland trails about 2 miles from the property. You can access brimstone via Norma Rd. Takes about 15 mins. We are located in the royal blue unit. Beds have linens pillows, bath has towels soap shampoo conditioner. Grill. Lp fire pit on porch.
