Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. With us at Hadermannhof you can relax and enjoy the tranquility and nature or you can participate in the hustle and bustle at the farm. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Shepherd's wagon overlooking a sheep pasture

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

Discover our charming, barrier-free holiday home in the heart of Haiming, built in ecological timber frame construction in 2016; which is accessible via a separate entrance right next to the host's main house. Located in a very quiet residential area, our inviting house with underfloor heating and controlled living space ventilation offers a cozy home away from home. Brand new ground-level 100 m² designer villa, adjacent to the Salzburg Lake District with pool, garden shower and mountain view. 5 - 15 minutes by car to 4 different lakes. 25 minutes by car to the festival city of Salzburg with all its highlights. The house is located in a small residential development with some houses and lots of greenery, meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.

Our chalet in the orchard offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing and restful as well as eventful vacation. Whether a family vacation is on the agenda, you just want to enjoy the peace and sun or want to be really active in sports: everyone gets their money's worth with us! The spacious loft lies in between a lovely village and the river Inn, very close to a swimming lake. It offers to its guests various possibilities: those who love cycling, going for a walk, spending their holidays in the nature and those who want to explore all the sights will find their perfect place here. Many interesting cities are very close. After renovations on the house in 2023 we will again open for guess in 2024.

Central, sunny accommodation

The 1-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house as a residential unit with a bedroom/living room, mini kitchen, bathroom (shower, bathtub and toilet), as well as a terrace with magnificent mountain views. My place is in the Seelentium region (Ibmer Moor and lake). Salzburg (37 km), Burghausen (19 km) and Braunau (25 km) are nearby. My place is good for solo travelers.

Our very quiet attic apartment in a detached house with a comfortable large bed, sofa corner and kitchen offers a good night's sleep in a quiet rural area. The swimming lake with free admission is a 10-minute walk. Thermal region of Geinberg, Bad Füssing Ideal for walks on the Inn (5-minute walk) or bike tours! (+ €2.50 per person / night tourist tax to be paid on site)
