Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Pistoia

Silvia treats all her guests like friends and goes out of her way to make them feel welcome. The rental was spotless and pristine with an amazing breakfast setup. Rooms were clean and as was the bathroom. She had a nice kitchen setup; breakfast items, cutlery, fridge, snacks. She also has a washer that she allowed us to use. Silvia is very passionate about hospitality and it shows with her conduct; one of the guests broke a glass and she didn’t charge or make a big deal about it even after the guest offered to pay for it. When we wanted an early check in due to our scheduling, she not only accepted but also carried pretty heavy luggage 2-3 floors up to check us in after room clean up (we weren’t there as we had an engagement elsewhere in the morning). I recommend her with the highest regards and trust. Should I return to Florence, Silvia will be my first contact; her place was that great.

Many years ago, I used to live nearby. The area is as beautiful as it was, maybe more so. This villa is a standout. Beautifully proportioned with super high ceilings, beautifully furnished with well-maintained grounds in the first flush of spring. My stay was the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of tourist-ridden Firenze. Only a short distance from the centre, yet to all effect in the country. The perfect situation for me. I hope to return for a longer stay.

Teresa and Agostino were the best hosts we have ever experienced. They were both extremely sweet, made us breakfast, taught us how to make pasta and then served us dinner all for free! We had multiple options of where we wanted to stay (went during off season). She gave us some of the best recommendations for local activities and food and what to see. Teresa and Agostino deserve so many more stars than you can physically select. If you have the opportunity to stay with them, you need to!

We thank Piero and Dolli for making our stay enjoyable and we felt welcomed as children. Meeting special people on the way is not a obvious thing and is worth more than many other comforts. Thank you so much! Valentina and Mattia

the room is just as described in the photos. we were very comfortable. the bed is good, the bathroom is a little small, especially the shower. but it had everything. the entrance to the room without problem Francesco immediately indicated how to enter. he gave us a few directions for dinner, lunch or drinks. super attentive when you needed some indication for anything. the stay is very good. the only thing bad that being on the first floor you can hear all the street noises above all the bar downstairs. We still slept very well

The place is cozy but quite spacious. More like your own place than a standard hotel room. The T1 tram is clearly on schedule and will quickly get you to the city center, other historical sites or train stations (3 pieces). The presence of a cafe-Caldana for breakfast, also adds points. Recommended.

Senore Maurizio's place felt like home, every morning we would wake up and go down and he would have made us a beautiful freshly brewed italian espresso - with a very wholesome breakfast offering. but what really stands out is his company and his passion for all things italian. He told us stories about Florence and Wine and Italy and the Medici and even architecture and the Moka pot. his English is good and he also uses Google Translate to share his passion about Italy and Italians! :) he was so kind to tell us exact directions to get to his place including two different bus and walking directions. The room was excellent and warm and cozy with a lovely large window and a beautiful wardrobe and a chest of drawers. the bathroom was clean and well stocked and lovely hot water for the cold April rains. we are so grateful to have enjoyed his company & to have had the privelege of knowing him & his home. it's not very close to the Center- but buses & trams are plenty and affordable!

We had an amazing time, a dream ... the cabin is magical, and the fire hair makes it even more!! The view from the estate is splendid, it is a really unique atmosphere. Elena is very responsive to messages. I hope to relive this someday!!! Thanks! 🌸🌸🌸

B&B Renate is a beautiful place to relax and linger. It feels like you're coming home to friends. In addition to the ingenious breakfast, Hennie cooked us with wonderful food, for a small extra charge. The rooms are exactly as beautiful as in the pictures and everything is made with a lot of love for detail. We would recommend the B&B to everyone. We've had the best Airbnb stay here so far.

I took a last min detour from Rome to Florence and stumbled on this Gem!!! The rooms are New and modern and beautifully decorated. The included breakfast is great and the hosts are absolutely fantastic!! Looking forward to visiting from Milwaukee again !!!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was recently renovated and the space was very clean. The views over the Tuscan Hills were truly breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly kind and flex with our late check-in, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

We loved this place! Great hosts. Storybook type room / accommodations. Everything was super clean and and top quality! Every detail of the room and library was well thought out. Nice breakfast! Super close to San Donato. Note: The steep driveway down to this gorgeous property is not for the faint of heart. We will stay here again!

Our stay with Marina at Rosso del Chianti was fantastic. Her home and the town were both quaint & beautiful. When we come back to Panzano, we'll stay with Marina again.

We stayed at Elisa's one night, walking on the Via degli Gods. The room was in Elisa's family's hotel. 70s atmospheres, a dip into the past. Very pleasant. Do not miss dinner, not only for the offer (home cooking and genuine) but for the pleasure of exchanging impressions and information with other people committed to the journey. Elisa is a perfect host, she calls each guest by name and makes you feel at home. Nice surprise at the end of the evening. A great gift.

Very nice room, very clean bathroom, varied and abundant breakfast. The internal garden is very welcome to eat or have breakfast. The possibility of parking along the street, just 15 minutes from the center of Pisa. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place at 15 minutes driving distance from Lucca. Robert Jan was super nice and helpful during our stay. Definitely worth it! But keep in mind that the road to Robert Jan's stay is a pretty narrow path.

We were very comfortable at Lorenzo's, both Lorenzo and his sister were incredibly friendly and helpful, we had a great time staying there. Comfortable rooms and bathroom, very clean and well equipped. We had a little trouble in the kitchen with the stove, but Lorenzo was helpful in solving it right away. Highly recommended, very enjoyable stay. We are thankful!

Selma and Marco really made our stay the most enjoyable and worth while. They made us feel very welcome in their home, introduced us to their friends and their life in the countryside. She made us a really nice organic breakfast, which was a big plus for us. She showed us which local spots she gets those biological products from and when we visited the makers they definitely gave us a special treatment since we came from Selma and Marco's airbnb ;) We definitely recommend Podere Orzale, and maybe when they finished the pool we will visit again in the future!

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

It's a gem 💎 and the Edouard's family are so friendly & kind. it's like grandmother house, but refreshing. Every detail is so thoughtful. Maria Livia’s place was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed in a beautiful location. Excellent value for money and Maria Livia was a wonderful host. I would happily stay there again.

Rosa was very friendly and she did everything to make our stay perfect. The room was very nice, even better than our expectations, and the breakfast was very good and fulfilling. I definitely recommend booking here.

We made a last minute change of our route along the Via Degli Dei and Chiara’s house was a wonderful mountain chalet that was better than expected. It is right on the trail and a lovely place. Chiara was helpful and flexible upon checking in. Really loved it!
