Nice studio in secure residence with parking space. The studio consists of a large main room with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a large dressing room, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with toilet and washing machine. It opens onto a sunny balcony where you can eat. The studio is a short walk to a grocery store. Just 10 minutes to get to the beach is just 10 minutes away, as well as downtown Saint-Gilles les Bains. On foot, it takes 25 minutes.
