The large deck offers space to enjoy the outdoors. Comfy furnishings make up this 1050 sq.ft. home. We have a gas BBQ grill for you to get your grill on as you look out over the river. Sugarloaf Madrone Studio is tucked into the slope of Sugarloaf Mountain, overlooking the 7 hills of Nevada City. It is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown restaurants, arts, and nightlife. Despite its proximity, you will feel like you are in the country with pastoral views, local parks, and a quiet neighborhood. You will share the house with a totally separate apartment on the ground level. The Madrone Studio is great for rest, relaxation, and being close to nature.
