Great stay at Morgane's, we had a great time with the family. The neighborhood is very quiet, close to the beach. The house is atypical, very well equipped and bright, with a very nice decor. Everything is provided for the little ones: our kids loved the games, the small swing and the garden. The terrace must be very nice for the summer evenings, we will come back;) Morgane is very responsive and has everything planned to make us feel at home. Thank you!

The place was clean when we arrived. We did not lack anything during our stay. The small plus, the cleaning and the sheets included in the rental as well as the location. In addition, Bruno is very responsive when needed, so it's very easy.

A nice little house tastefully decorated, perfectly clean and well equipped. The bedding is comfortable and the outside garden is nice. The house is in a great location, we were able to walk mostly. The neighborhood is quiet and very flowery. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog without fear for her safety in the garden. The owners are very responsive before and during the stay. Everything is done to make you feel at home. We enjoyed our stay, thank you Guillaume and Isabelle! We'll be back!

Very good location. Proximity to beach and coastal paths. Clean space. One downside: the stairs to go upstairs, inconvenient . Avoid with small children even if we didn't have one with us. Too many unnecessary guidelines.

We were lucky enough to have great weather. Alizée's welcome, very friendly and pleasant. Only problem, maybe complete the address in the listing mentioning the ODALYS residence and the property number. Otherwise we had a great stay on this island where the locals are all charming and quick to tell us the right places.

We spent an amazing week at Anne’s house in Fouras. Even with the temperatures a little on the low side for September, there were plenty of things to do and the house was amazing to come home to and cook or grill some fresh fish or mussels from the markets and stores in the area. Would definitely come again.

Perfect house, and the backyard is a little oasis: very calm and beautiful with palm trees a pool bigger than it looks in the pictures, many birds come visiting. The kitchen is nice with everything we needed, the refrigerator was super big thus perfect. The barbecue outside is also nice. The area is calm and during the night you may even hear the ocean. Montalivet offers everything you need, gets a little busy around midday with the market. The beach is big and very close, good surf schools are nearby. We‘ll come back!

Excellent stay with friends (6 people) in Stéphane's house. We found a house perfectly as described, clean, tidy with a previously heated pool (27/28 degrees) to welcome us, a plancha... and an ideal location almost in the dunes. We who love to cook, the kitchen is perfectly equipped. Small hot water problem upon arrival which could be resolved quickly with a remote control of the boiler by Stéphane. Handover of the keys by Peggy who is adorable and available by phone too. We'll be happy to go back.

We stayed the first two weeks of September, the place is really great! The kitchen is really super well-equipped, we took pleasure in using it to make good dishes with the products of the Montalivet market. The small garden is super well appointed, whether it's the large table or the garden furniture it's really nice. Especially since our stay in September where the wind was sometimes very cool at the end of the day on the beach, the garden furniture allowed us to enjoy the sun at the end of the day. I close to I beach is really the big PLUS of this place, it takes 3 minutes to walk slowly. also located right next to the pedestrian street. Taking this place I was able to spend my two weeks without ever using my car and that's GREAT! In September we were not all bothered by the noises of the pedestrian street which can be noisy in season. Thank you for this stay in Montalivet

This house has a very special, family-like, warm atmosphere. It is very well equipped, you can find everything there! The bed is very cozy... the shower is nice. The decor is nice. In addition to the house, we enjoyed its location in a beautiful small residence, in the wooded dunes and 5 min from the beach. Also well located for visiting the island.

Accommodation as described, beach, accessible in two minutes, unsupervised, without being crowded with people. I recommend a stay at Sandrine's, apartment in a quiet residence.

Bruno is a super host - always happy to help and have us some great tips for the local area. His place is right on the beach and if you’re up early enough you can see the sun rise too. It’s cool inside and nice to have some shade in the garden under the beautiful fig tree. There are restaurants within walking distance and the market at Bain Les Brée is a little further away but well worth the visit. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed it

New Year's Day weekend with friends in St-Palais. The house is large enough, very clean and well-equipped, with many products available. It is well located for cycling or walking trips, and close to the center. Bernard is a very responsive and accommodating host. Easy communication. Recommended rental!
