A 100 mètres des meilleurs spots de surf des Landes, plage des Estagnots/VVF à pied. Vous serez accueilli par Jean Louis et Manu, ancien champion d'Europe de Surf, de purs locaux à votre service. Is sont aussi propriétaire dans le même quartier d'une petite maison 65M2/ 5 couchages refaite à neuf tout récemment.

Villa Patio in Seignosse

300 m from the ocean and 500 m from the shops, the patio villa is peaceful and easy to live in. A 35 m2 living space with a fully equipped kitchen, living room and table for sharing meals. Large openings overlook the 70 m2 wooden terrace. Olive tree, palm tree, banana tree, shower, hammock invite you to relax. A laundry room has a washer and dryer. The yellow staircase leads to a bedroom and another attic (max height 1.70 m). The small bathroom opens to the sky.

Beautiful 3 bedroom house with forest view

Ideal location for this beautiful 57 m2 2-bedroom air-conditioned house, in the heart of a quiet and unoverlooked subdivision, with a great view of the pine forest. Located in Seignosse, 1.2 km from the ocean and Bourdaines beach, accessible on foot (10 min) and by bike via a bike path. The aquatic center and the end of Lake Hossegor with its oyster shacks, water activities and beach restaurants are a 5-minute drive away. The house has a private parking space.

Patio villa in Les Bourdaines 100 m from the beach

Our little house has brought us a lot of sweetness to live for more than 20 years, we offer it for rent for this summer. The villa is adjoining, with an area of 60m2 with a terrace of 18m2. You will enjoy the joy of being able to get to Les Bourdaines beach in less than 5 minutes on foot. Le Penon Market is a 5-minute bike ride away as well as a bakery and convenience store. A surfboard (7 feet foam) a bodyboard is at your disposal.

Come and rest 200m from the ocean. House on two floors with jacuzzi, barbecue, plancha, ping pong and outdoor shower opposite a surf spot and free tennis courts. Video projector and chimney. There IS A BASEMENT APARTMENT THAT IS OCCUPIED but its entry IS independent. Close to market, golf, aquaparc, skate park and restaurants on foot or by bike. Baby kit available. We are 2 brothers, in love with the "Côte Basque". We will be delighted to welcome you in our little paradise, 10min walk from the beach and 5 min drive from Hossegor ! Our Villa Patio (small tipical house) can welcome a max of 6 persons : - 1 bedroom (2pers) - 1 bedroom upstairs (2 double beds for 4pers) - 1 living/dining room with american kitchen. - 1 nice terrasse of 22 square meters.
