Studio located in the heart of Penon. In a residence close to everything, this 4th-floor apartment (no elevator) is comfortably furnished. It offers a breathtaking unobstructed view. The BZ bench sleeps two (140 cm), while the mezzanine (120 cm) can accommodate two children or an adult. ⚠️ Starting September 7, work will take place in the residence. The balcony will be unusable and noise nuisances are to be expected. A 25% discount is applied.
