Pretty studio (in residence with swimming pool) renovated and nicely decorated, clear, bright close to the beach of St Palais and Nauzan in a calm and central district; all comfort: living room (with excellent wall bed mattress, sofa, TV), kitchenette (with dishwasher, washing machine, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, plancha) bathroom (with shower, electric towel rail), WC separated, small garden closed and sported, (with deck chairs). Beachfront studio.

Studio on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with elevator in the city center, quiet street, double glazed windows, motorized shutters. Overview park and market view, shops and cinema a 1 minute walk, beaches and lake a 5 minute walk. Presence of a bicycle storage room, with two men's and women's bikes available. We're doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces and wearing masks when you check in.

Right in the center 5 minutes from the Bureau beach with Wi-Fi

5 minutes from Bureau Beach (monitored all summer) from all shops, activities and restaurants. Completely renovated in 2024 with high-speed Wi-Fi (for a little remote working?) and Smart TV, tasteful and contemporary decor, it's an ideal place for a couple (and maybe 1 or 2 children), for vacations or long weekends. Welcoming and bright with a well-equipped open kitchen, living room, bedroom and large balcony for sunny moments.
