Monthly Rentals in Plai Bang

Peaceful tidy place with great pool and a gym. Mrt purple line close to location with a big mall nearby. Across the road there is 7-11. I had great stay and would come again :)

The host was very responsive. The check-in was very smooth. The place was as indicated and clean, without clutter. The place is quiet. All the amenities in the room worked well. The place was close to the MRT. It took me about a 10-minute walk. The laundry was easy to use. The cheap potable water for drinking was very convenient. There are a few 7-11s available and one directly opposite the condo. This was also very convenient. Grab was also very effective even for a non-thai speaking person. The major mall in this area is also located only an MRT stop away. The mall has a wide selection of places to eat (thai/non-thai), supermarket etc. One negative is because of the location of the condo relative to the heart of the city. One would have to spend a good 1 - 1.5 hrs on the MRT/BTS to get to town.

I loved this place and would have loved to stay longer! The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay and was provided clean and on time. The amenities in the building such as the pool and reading club are also great. It is indeed a bit far from the center, but there are 2 MRT entrances at about the same distancevaround the building. Also a big thank you for the great host who always responded very quickly and helpfully and was super nice. I would come back anytime!!!
