The Nest is a great place to stay while in Crete. Whether you are the for a Diane University event (right across the street) or an event at The 1206, The Nest is perfect. The bedrooms were spacious, living room is large, separate dining room is perfect for that special meal, and the bathroom can accommodate 2 with the separate sinks. Highly recommend The Nest! Sherri was very responsive to my emails and phone call.

This is our favorite place to stay in Lincoln. We have stayed at Shawn's place a couple of times now when visiting relatives, and it has the ideal set-up for a small family: the beds in the two bedrooms are very comfortable, the bathroom is ample and well-lit, and the kitchen is fully functioning. The apartment is always very clean, and well-maintained. We love that it is within walking distance of Lincoln's best bakery, Le Quartier, and that it is within a quiet residential neighborhood ideal for a morning stroll. Shawn always communicates directions and entry instructions well before arrival times.

This was a very nice, clean and great smelling place. We would definitely stay here again. The only issue which was really small is you must grab the parking permit from the apartment and run it to your car then when you are done you are to walk it back up to the apartment. Not a big deal but easy to forget like I did and have to go back to the location to return it. They property requires this permit or possibly get towed so not really anything the owners can do. They were very responsive to our questions. Would stay here again no question.

Everything was wonderful, perfect place for us to stay for an overnight in Seward. Angela was a great hostess and was very proactive with check in instructions, and the time to check in and out were perfect for our trip.

It was a great stay! Travis set up things for a stay. Plenty of towels, toiletries , toothbrushes, different amenities. Made our stay very relaxed and able to focus on our vacation. Travis was very communicative and explained everything with great description!

I made the reservation last minute and had a quick response from the host and was able to get in literally last second. Very clean and everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the place. Loved the simulated fireplace in the living room. Was a nice touch.

Hello! I really liked this place, the kitchen was lovely and the living room was very nice. They had blankets to use and a lot of towels too. We enjoyed how clean was the house and made it really easy to feel comfortable in it. The sheets and comforter super comfortable of the beds. The supplies were really helpful like dishwasher soap or drier sheets, etc… We would stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you!!

House was in an extremely nice, family oriented neighborhood! Everything inside was exactly as pictured and very clean! Eric was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly! The hot tub was AMAZING! If you’re looking for a place to stay with a larger group of friends this is definitely the place to go! Our group loved the hot tub, we spent most of our night and morning in it! Would highly recommend staying here!

Loved my stay here! The location was perfect, close to everything. The house was clean and looked even better than the pictures! I had my toddler with me, there were a ton of playgrounds near by, it was quiet for his naps, and the kitchen is really nice! There are restaurants right down the street and it was easy to navigate. Will recommend to others and will definitely stay again in the future

We had a great time! Was a great place for kids to stay big backyard and also great for pets! If you are wanting a fun weekend stay in Kearney this is the place to stay. The instructions were clear and easy. The home provided everything needed for a fun, relaxing stay.

Had a wonderful stay. Well worth the short drive. Comfortable with many amenities. High end appliances, well stocked pantry and plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. The porch was my favorite spot to relax and there is a walking path with bench seating to enjoy the surroundings. You will not be disappointed.

We came to see the cranes, and the cabin was only 5 minutes from the Plautz Crane Viewing Platform, so we chose it for the location. But also my family liked the property (it was an under-10-minute walk to one of the Platte channels), the front porch, the television, the well-stocked kitchen, the separate bedrooms, and the gas stove in the living area. Cranes flew directly over the cabin in the morning. We are breakfast at the cabin and used the Keurig coffee maker and supplied coffee. Drove into Kearney for dinner.

This condo was the perfect option for us while we were in town for a baseball tournament! The condo was very clean with many extra amenities. The space heaters were perfect for an unusually cold weekend after being very warm. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, and a variety of snacks were available. These were all great benefits for our cold, busy days! The host was very kind and responsive. We were grateful we were able to check-in early to allow us to get some errands done before our games started. The host provided great details about where to park during the construction and how to find the condo in the building. We would definitely stay again!

It’s a great place to stay if you are passing through without rowdy kids as the building and other tenets seem to be very quiet. Because it’s an older building, it should be said there are two stair cases to ascend for anyone with mobility issues. Loved the tall ceilings, very clean and comfy bed. Kitchen was clean and provided the utensils to make a good meal. Clean bathroom, shower head is kinda low, so anyone taller than 5’5” will have to squat to get under it. Bed is super comfy. We literally just used this place for a night for a visiting our college student. *tip* flip the blinds before the afternoon sun starts to set or you will walk into a very warm space. But I really liked the history of the building and the history of ‘The North Bottoms’.

This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed at Sarah’s place for a Husker home game! We love the location - walking distance to Memorial Stadium, Barry’s, and The Railyard. See y’all next year! GBR!

The place is easy to find and get into! Perfect little apt for someone who is visiting town and doesn’t need much. It was clean and stocked with what we needed! Not as close to old market as we thought but a bird scooter got us there in no time. Would stay again! Host was very responsive when we needed to communicate!

House was just as described. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. And enough couch seating for all the people! Would definitely stay again. Make sure you pay attention to the directions when looking for the house. I missed the #8 and took a few minutes to realize where the house actually was.

My family and I had a great one-month stay. The host was always available and quick to resolve any issues that came up. We truly felt at home and would definitely recommend this place to others!
